Ginseng is a supp that also rises your libido as a side benefit. So you can try that and see what it does. I think ginseng will improve your erection quality. Muira Puama is mostly for erection and libido, but my capsule’s of Muira Puama also contain gingseng and gingko, so I don’t know what the muira puama does for me. Gingko is for bloodflow and works good on older people for memory. As it increases bloodflow it will have some effect on your erection quality. But I don’t expect too much with just gingko. Maybe your body/penis will react strong on the gingko, but I can’t tell about that.

These supps are in most erection pills which are very expensive. You only take the erection pills before you are having intercourse. You can also take ginseng/gingko and muira puama each day yourself and have the other physical and mental benefits as well. And it will still cost you less.

I don’t know about the Niacin, but I am interested in it and maybe I will try it. Muira puama is used in the Brazilian herbal medicine and they see it as a very strong seks stimulant. Muira Puama is an ingredient in some of the better erections pills on the market like Libido forte, the expensive pill.

Don’t forget the calcium by the way. It calms down when your nerve’s are stressed. You will will be able to relax better which is good for erections also. As most people know a lot of fruit and vegetable’s are also very helpfull beside’s the great general benefits. I found out that blending them too smoothies works great. It won’t cost a lot of time to chew, just gulp it up.

The muira puama is ordered from www.muirapuama.nl. It’s a dutch supplier. The ginseng and gingko are the housebrand of a franchise called etos (here in the Netherlands) which has a lot of shops, so this info doesn’t help out much. Just try a brand from your country which you trust and see what happens. Make sure you take the “panax” ginseng, this is the one man mostly use.

About the erections I have to add some things that also help into your diet. Nuts and seeds, broccoli which raises natural testosteron and pure chocolate. Off all other measure’s these things don’t help on your erections as much as the supps, but it’s healthy in general, and more relevant to this thread, it specifically has some benefits to your erection level as well. A lot of little things together can also make something big:D

Ps: Somewhere in this thread I wrote that I also haven’t got an orgasm for a while. Yes that works for the erection also, but without the supps, pumping etc etc I know it wouldn’t be as strong as now. The day before yesterday I came twice and one time today and my erection is still good. Even now I am tired.

Ginseng contains steroidal saponins, a naturally occurring steroid that is also found terrestris tribulus. In most people these will encourage your body to produce more testosterone and still keep oestrogen in check. There have been a few studies done on these and while not as effective as synthesized Anabolic Steroids they are generally safer.

I am much older and had a similar problem. About a month ago I started doing the “5 Tibetan Rituals” after reading in a blog somewhere, some guy said it really put lead in his pencil. They are yoga exercises and only take a few minutes. I used to take a 1/2 Cialis every 3-4 days, just to firm things up for sex. My last pill was 3 Wednesdays ago. I’ve had great boners and no problem with intercourse, nearly every day (sometimes twice a day) since. I think the first exercise (spinning) is the one that really makes a difference.

Anon771 I’m interested on your opinion of taking green tea capsules. I currently take a tablet of Ginseng , ginkgo and green tea each morning. I noticed that after taking this mixture I feel better and at ease. But also I take them on a empty stomach and sometimes I could feel my stomach cramp up from the pills. Should I replace green tea with Muira Puama or is what I’m taking fine.

Well I am not an expert, but more an “experiencer” of many supps to fine tune my diet. Green thee is great. It contains vitamins and minerals and cleanses your blood. You are motivating me to check out what the other benefits are, because I think there are more. What do you think yourself if you take those pills on an empty stomach? If it doesn’t feel right, just eat one slice of bread with it. Replacing the green thee with the Muira Puama doesn’t seem like an solution to me. Even if you are not a morning eater, you should be able to swabble away a slice, or maybe just half a slice with some water and the supps. I think that the cramps will dissapear most likely. I have had it myself and when I have some light basis of food in my body no problem occurs.
