Can I do a reverse jelc, without getting injured?

I think I need to build the girth from base and up, and it seems my erection is a bit weak where the penis is connected to the body, so i though I could make this area a bit stronger by doing reverse jelcs.

Is there anyone who has any experience with this?

It is my understanding that this can only be done if you clamp off the base or you use a Uli constrictor. Reverse jelqing unclamped will increase the flow of blood out off the penis and eventually making these vessels grow which is something we do not want.

I would imagine that with the force applied when squeezing might be too much stress for the skin located underneath the coronal ridge of the glans. Might possible cause surface tears.

I have tried reverse jelquing, though, only with a minimal erection and by clamping the base of my penis tighly. I also kegaled on the downward stroke to prevent the drainage of the blood, as this “acts” like the glans when performing the normal jelq stroke.

I really didn’t do this for long enough to determine whether it works or not.

Have you, or are you, doing any PC work? It may help you out.

That’s true….if you reverse jelq, clamp that base tightly. Use lube & kegel against the action to try to seal off the bloodflow out of the penis. Enhancing your penile drainage will weaken erections over time.

I read about that in an online article once (which I downloaded & I’m in the process of looking for). I believe it stated that the arteries bring the blood in, and the veins return the blood (was a lot more complicated than that, but I have very little medical knowledge). Anyway, the article stated the complexity of an erection. Basically saying that blood is not truly “trapped” in the penis, but that the RATE of circulation is cut so that fresh blood is being pumped in quicker than it’s being removed (sorry, it’s early in A.M., but it went something like that). As the erection reached a certain %, the outflow became reduced more and more.
But the article went on to state that in NPE, we enlarge the blood-filling spaces of the penis, but do NOT want to enlarge the emptying capacity - upsetting the RATE of circulation during erections.
I believe that I inadvertenly did this through my rough masturbation when I was younger (I basically did dry jelqs/reverse jelqs when I spanked it). I ended up with decent girth (5.2”) at 6.12-6.5” length, but trouble staying hard. That erectile difficulty is what brought me to PE in the first place - got me doing a lot of kegels to correct the problem (hopefully).
And the theory made sense to me - we jelq outwards to expand the penis; jelqing inwards would enlarge the drainage capacity as well.

Two questions:

What is NPE, I have seen this some times, but haven´t figured out what that means. I know what PE is but the N?

Your latest girth gains, have you achieved that only by doing dry jelc?

Now I understand why I had weak erections a time before, it was due to masturbation too, and like you I solved it with kegels routines.

As has alread been said here, if you clamp at the base you can do a reverse jelq (kind of like a bastardized horse I guess) to trap some blood in that region. Once you reach a point where you feel the pressure building up, hold the top hand there and kegel in more blood. Over time that, along with good PC work, should remedy those “weak base” erections.
