Last night I tested the cable clamps for ED, erectile dysfunction. I knew the wifey was in the mood, so about an hour before, I clamped for about 15-20 minutes. Got an incredible pump, 6.5+ throughout the shaft, 7.25+ at the base. When showtime arrived, I was curious if I would suffer from ED like I do from jelqing and pumping prior to performance. Thor responded with a performance worthy of a trophy; veiny and so hard a cat couldn’t scratch it. The wife couldn’t stop sucking it, and when I finally got inside her, she came about 3 times quickly and commented how good it felt. I asked her if she meant the length or the girth. She moaned, “mmmmmm, the girth…” as she went into another shuddering O. She pushed me off, got on top and rode into another long cum. Damn, I love her.

This is the first time I have been about to perform a serious PE session right before and not suffer from some degree of ED. My girth is staying at a consistent 6.25 over the entire length of the shaft, and the base is a solid 7.

For me, this has been a breakthrough discovery.


I think it’s the deal. As a matter of fact, I think I’m gonna stop hanging and go for girth using this method until I can afford a Bib.


Good results! Although I haven’t experienced this recently, I used to get a good bit of extra girth and maybe even hardness from some pre-coital jelqing.

Due to skin discolouration I’ve decided to do light to moderate jelqing only, coupled with extreme ulis with a cable clamp.


I highly recommend the Bib hangers. For you, I think the Bib starter would probably be best. Even better for you, it is cheaper than the fully-fledged one.

You may well get some base girth from hanging with your Bib in the future anyway, so double points there!

If I jelq with enough intensity to have any effect, I suffer from pretty bad ED. That’s why this really excited me. I had an extra huge, hard erection and lasted as long as I wanted to. (In other words, when she told me she was “cummed out” and sore and was ready for me to stop.) :)

are you saying that you clamped for 15 to 20 minutes straight?

Yes. 15 minutes straight at about a 120% erection. Get full wood, put on clamp snuggly, and keep maximum erection for 15 minutes. Rubbing with light lube while watching porn works for me. Immediately put on BallZinger to increase circulation.

Please know that I have been PEing for years, so my dick is used to the abuse! If I were a newbie, I’d probably go for about 5-8 minutes at first, and work my up to longer times. I stop when my dick turns a slight purplish color and throbs like a mother. I am kegeling and slapping it to get circulation the entire time. At no time is there any numbness or coldness, I don’t have it tight enough to do that.

Also, to any newbies reading this:

The idea behind this exercise is not just to trap the blood in your unit and keep it there, by tightening the clamp lots. Your objective is to limit the outflow, without stopping the inflow. That way you still have circulation (albeit slow) and it means that you get up to erection levels like HJ9’s 120%.

Be careful with these however.

Guys are these the same cable clamps everyone is/was talking about from Walmart…or did I come in late…

Home Depot has them for 99 cents each. Do a search for cable clamps on this site. There are a few threads about them, one with pictures. If you live in a country without Home Depot, hopefully there is a way for you to be able to buy them from someone on this board. Maybe Thunder or the Mods can set up something.

ICM is exactly right. Clamp down to the point of trapping or limiting the outflow of blood, but do not completely cut off the circulation. Without stimulation, you should be able to loose your erection slowly. With stimulation, you should have a pressure filled, veiny and throbbing erection, FULLY engorged. That’s why I stated 120% erection. It’s much fuller and bigger (about 10-20%) than I could ever achieve without the clamp. That’s theoretically how it works. Pumping puts external pressure to expand the CC, this puts internal pressure on them. It’s PE from the inside out, with little or no lymph fluid buildup causing the pump. It’s a pure expansion of the CC outward. It does not draw in blood and fluid like pumping. This causes the CC to expand fuller than it normally does during an erection, and over time, expands the CC.


For buying in the UK, you can get a pack of several sizes (you’ll only need the medium) for about £5 from B&Q.

My goal is to need the large! :)

Just curious, are you guys seeing gains without trapping blood in the penis when “120%” erected?

Bib’s concept of the Extreme Uli with Uli thing was to clamp just tight enough to allow the penis to fill to super maximum inflation “without” being erect, then once this state is reached, clamp blood flow off 100%, so that maximum pressure can be maintained without backflow. Of course, if one does this, sets are to be absolutely no longer than 10 minutes in order to prevent tissue death…

I have not and will not clamp off 100% of outflow. I see no need to do that. If you keep maximum erection through stimulation, you are trapping more blood in the CC than it can normally hold, therefore stretching it to the max.
