After looking at the member size data it appears that only a third of the members are reporting gains. Now maybe the survey size is small and that many members who have had gains are not reporting. I’m relatively new to PE and I’m looking for motivation for the investment of time almost every night. Those of you who are veterans might be able to shed some light on this.
I am a weight lifter like some on this board and believe if PE is effective that it would take more extreme workouts then I’m hearing from some of the members, not in frequency but in intensity. We’re talking about a part of our body which is stubborn, and like many other parts of our body would take extreme efforts to gain.
