I started PE about the same time I joined. I did about 7-8 months of PE, which definitely improved my EQ and veinage. Not sure about gains because it is impossible for me to measure my dick, as it points dead straight up, so it’s almost different measurements all the time.

I stopped after 7-8 months til today and I have decided to restart in a few days time. I have had about 8 months break. I stopped due to laziness, if anyone was wondering. Luckily, never had an injury, so I have been careful with how I PE. I plan on doing the Newb routine again, however my questions are,

How long should I do it for?
How long should I wait till I reintroduce more advance techniques? I know for newbies it’s about 3 months, but how long would it be for a restarter?
Lastly, I used to clamp aswell, when should I restart that?

06/21/07 NBP = 7.75(tape) FSL = 7.875 EG = 5.00 Volume= 15.42

09/13/07 NBP = 8.375 FSL = 8.75 EG = 5.38 Volume = 19.29 (+25%)

12/26/07 NBP = 8.625 FSL = 8.75 EG = 5.50 Volume = 20.82 (+35%)

Get back to work!:) . I would start with at least a week or two on the newbie routine and slowly add.

I had a break too, but it was shorter and it was a result of an injury. I restarted my PE about a month ago. I do the Newbie Routine but I try to personalize it a little. I add more jelqs, I also do other PE exercises. I like Balooing a lot and more. I do spend much more time reading forum now than I used to. I think it would be good for you too. Read a lot and do the Newbie Routine for at least 2-3 months. In meantime gather info about new exercises.
