Have your gains come mainly from hanging or manual stretching? Also, how long did it take you to get past the magic 2?

Jelqing and pumping predominantly and hardly any stretching in the first 2 years or so.

Mainly jelqing plus some stretching and hanging, in a little over 9 months.

I gained 1/4 of an inch in in erect length in just a week with a manual stretching routine. (Iv been doing PE for about 6 weeks - 2 months and these were my first gains)

I had done very little stretching and mainly Jelqing and Uli’s but for one week i only did stretching (lots) and it paid off. I was amazed at how fast i gained.

Iv moved back to little stretching and more jelqs and uli’s again, but in a while i’ll do a week of that stretch routine again and hopefully see the same level of length gain.

It’s been a bit over two years for me and it was from mostly jelq, manual stretching, a bit of hanging, rest periods, and I also have a low weight thing I do for a few hours that really has not helped my erect length but my flaccid, where I want to grow now.

Please note that I have taken long rest periods sometimes as long as 3 months and lost “some” gains while quickly gaining when I started back again.

I started at a little over 7” and am at 9.25 in BPEL my EG went from 5.1” to 6” in that time.

I cleared the 2” mark in gains not long ago. I’ve been very on-again-off-again about my PE but if I count “effective time” I got there in just about 14 months. Mostly manual work but I was never big on stretching until recently some most of the length gains have come from jelqing actually. I did do some hanging in the beginning but couldn’t get comfortable about it so it didn’t do much for me.

Hey Dino,

When I push too far and get bruised up I actually do a warm up and a “massage” every day. It’s kind of a weird way to help with healing and keep at the routine at the same time. I found that when I lay off it takes a few extra weeks to get started so I do the light work on days that I feel sore or bruised.
