Is it better to do 300 - 500 a day , slow stadily ,5- 7 sec ,with controled intense grip jelqs , or 2-3 sec fast from 500 to 1000 jelqs for lenght ….all done with 40-60% erection… ?


Just to throw a wrench into the mix, I jelq in 5 minute intervals, usually at a slow pace, 4-5 seconds, but a various pressures and at near erect levels, say 90%. My minimum work out used to go for 30 minutes, but now that I am combining jelqing with pumping, they go for at least an hour.

well i jelq at a slow pace as well (4-5 counts), but read somewhere that you can better do faster strokes like 2 counts.

I still do the slow one, because they feel better and i can do a thighter grip.
