Hey guys, it’s me Starter, it’s been quite the duration of time since I’ve posted or undergone a daily PE regimen, I guess it’s been a year or so. Anyway, I’m just wanting to get back into the the swing of things.

My motivation comes from having a group sex activity last night, a friend of mine has an enormous unit! I guess upward of 8 inches and I estimate at least a 6 inch girth. I’m not going to get into the stretches for a while, but I would like a good jelqing routine. Remember, I PE’d for about a year straight, and have been off for about a year.

I welcome advice from those experienced in time off and returning.

Hey Starter, nice to see ya.

It doesn’t matter that you did PE for a year before you quit, other then the fact that you know how to do the exercises. You still have to restart at the beginning with the Newbie Routine and take it easy while you build up your endurance. Just because you know how to do it, doesn’t mean you can take short cuts. I know, bummer, but that’s the best way.

Thanks for the advice gprent, I am going to take it slow for a while. I was thinking, after I get back into this good, I was considering a twice daily jelq, consisting of 15 to 20 minute sessions. Would this be a good idea?

Of course this would be a few months from now.

Bird2, my goals are to acquire a penis equivalent to my friend I mentioned in the first post. Roughly, 8 inches in length, and 6 in girth. As far as head size, I do want to increase it, but will probably not focus on it in particular.

I’m going to try for girth first, with jelqing sessions.

Just curious… how much, if any, of your gains did you lose during the year off?

8/14/05 ---> 11/18/05 -> Next goal

5.500" ------> 6.000" -----> 6.500" BPEL

3.938" ------> 4.125" -----> 4.500" EG

I’ll post some details in the near future..

As far as losing gains, I lost them all, but I never gained all the that much. Or I could have just imagined the loss, I haven’t measured since.

Anyone gained good length with a strict jelqing session?

Welcome back, you should be able to get newbie jelqing gains again, start with jelqing and than add some squeezes and after maybe 3 months you may want to look into some light clamping to start with.

Hey Starter7777! I also started around a year ago, and then stopped for about three months. I’m only now getting back into the swing of things. I gained roughly 0.5” from jelqing and stretching, but that took me nine months. I’ve gone back to jelqing and stretching, but am looking into hanging if my progress stops. It’s good to hear about other people who have left PE and then come back. It encourages me, because I know that if I ever fall off the wagon due to work or stress, I can always come back. PE, for me, I’ve decided, will be a life-long hobby. Not the most important thing in the world, but something to do for fun on the side. If it works, and I get some gains out of it, even better.
