Regaining Lost Size
Well, I always used to think that my gains were fully permanent. It’s been quite a few years now since I’ve done any consistent PE, and I suspect I’ve finally lost a bit of size.
If I wanted to regain any lost size, what would the experienced PEers say is the safest and most efficient way of doing so? I’m thinking that light pumping could be the lazy man’s solution to regaining lost size. I imagine that the gentle pull in all directions, if applied for a couple of 10-minute sets most days of the week, for a couple of weeks, would be enough to do the job.
