Regaining Lost Size

Well, I always used to think that my gains were fully permanent. It’s been quite a few years now since I’ve done any consistent PE, and I suspect I’ve finally lost a bit of size.

If I wanted to regain any lost size, what would the experienced PEers say is the safest and most efficient way of doing so? I’m thinking that light pumping could be the lazy man’s solution to regaining lost size. I imagine that the gentle pull in all directions, if applied for a couple of 10-minute sets most days of the week, for a couple of weeks, would be enough to do the job.

Depending on your current weight, you could gain size quickly by dropping pounds. Just dropping 5-10 lbs can add a very noticeable increase. Otherwise, hanging will do the trick and it does not require much; you could do 2 or 3 20min sets per week and derive gains. Also, if you use a clamping device, I just use an inch and half width strip by 10 inches of rubber (wetsuit material) and wrap, its quite effective for girth enhancement.

First thing that came to my mind was a light pumping routine, as you have already mentioned.

Have you actually measured to see what these losses were, if any? I highly recommend doing so, and if you feel like it you should post here how much you’ve lost and exactly how much time you took off. Could be of use to some members down the road.

I didn’t PE enough for maintenance of size but a month or so of the newbie routine and the losses were reversed.

Para-Goomba, what routine did you use to get your original gains?

I have been on a decon for nearly two months and am slowly coming back with wet jelqs to see where I’m at.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Thanks guys. I made most of my length gains, originally, through hanging. And gained girth through clamping, although I was doing that exercise for the erection benefits rather than size increase (same with pumping). I think I lost about 0.3” of length, and maybe 0.2” girth, after very little PE for at least 5 years. My stupid male ego wants to regain that extra bit of size as I go out and meet new women (I recently got out of a relationship and am trying to stay single for a while), even though for a lot of women my new, slightly smaller size is probably actually better :)

I did several pumping sets this week and will let you know how it goes over the next couple of weeks.

Relax, I’ve gained and lost size from lay offs tons of times. It’s really no different than losing muscle and magically gaining it back after an injury or time off…. IT’S JUST WATER ANYWAYS! Once you condition your veins and blood vessels and the chambers of the CC to expand again and hold more blood, you’ll gain everything back in two or three months of consistent gradual progressive PE. You’re right on track with considering pumping, but you could just as easily take a few weeks of edging and start doing 2 or 3 jelq sets in the 10s and going up from there. The thing you want to keep in mind here is that you can’t bully your penis into getting bigger, you’ll only hurt yourself in the process. What you must do is train within your ability and the limits of your nervous system, and stop before you overdo it and feel any “real pain”.

I’ve found that an ADS applied all day two or three times a month was enough to keep things in place. My Doctor told me it was natural to shrink as you get older so I’ve made an effort to perpetuate the usage of an ADS for maintenance of what gains I made in the past. It’s seems to have worked so far.

All right, I’ve already regained any lost size, just from some 10-minute pumping sets at ~3” Hg this week, combined with about 5 mg tadalafil every other day to ensure lots of rock-hard overnight erections. So, at least in my case, the size loss was pretty easy to remedy. Now I just have to discipline myself to not get into full-on PE again :)

7 days? Hmm, I wonder if it will slip back to the previous size if you lay off again. It’s interesting though, isn’t it, that you can get the newbie gains spurt again. Makes me think that the penis always has the capability to grow a small amount quickly and it’s probably a lot down to EQ and maybe a little lig stretching.

But did you really measure (any lost)? You say “I think.”
The gains are probably only temporary of the pumping method. Lay off PE for two week and see what happens

You guys are probably right that the current gain would be lost quickly if I stopped. I’m going to keep pumping a few days a week for the next month or two, as I sample the waters again :D

As for the exactness of the measurement, I find it hard to be sure I’m measuring exactly the same as I did in my last recorded measurements (in a file on my computer from years ago) when it comes down to tenths of an inch. I just know it seems a little bit smaller. The toughest part of measuring length consistently is the angling of your hips, no matter whether you are standing or sitting. And then with girth, the issue is how much you squeeze the CS with the measuring tape.
