Recovery Tunica vs. Ligaments?

Recovery Tunica vs. Ligaments?

Has it been discussed how much time the ligaments needs versus the tunica to heal. Wouldn’t the tissue of the ligaments heal more rapidly than the tissue in the tunica? If so one should be able to stretch the ligaments on a more frequent basis than tunica tissue due to this and get faster results. Or am i entirely wrong? Are light weights or stretching after hanging more beneficial after you targeted the tunica or the ligaments, or the same?

No Rest

I’ve heard of guys not resting at all, “pushing through”. That doesn’t seem smart to me.
