Im an avid weight lifter. I know the penis isnt like the other muscles in your body, but it seems like some of the concepts of building muscle also apply to PEing. During a workout cycle, you should go a certain number of weeks (I personally do 10-12wks) and then take an entire week off…maybe with some cardio, but no heavy lifting. This will help the muscles FULLY recover.
I was wondering if this would also apply to PEing.
