Record Clamped Girth...Extreme Clamping

I tried Vanloon’s Extreme Clamping exercise as part of my clamping routine (4 x 15 minute sets) and got record expansion, 5.75” compared to 5.5”.

My official measurement day is 5/1, but prior to trying Extreme Clamping, it looked like I was going to log my first consecutive month gains since my newbie days (4 yrs ago). Now I’m very excited.

Later this month I will be seeing a girl that I haven’t been with for almost 3 years. Back then I was about 6.5” x 4.5”. As of my 4/1, I was a tick over 6.75” x 5.125”. Yikes, talk about a slow gainer.

Think she’ll notice? I’m not sure.

Anyway, thanks to Van for sharing his technique.

Nice bro. But don’t hurt yourself, Listen to your dick and it will tell you how far to go. Although it appears you kind of have the hang of it now.

Loco, thanks for the words of advice. I’ve been PE’ing for a long time, including using the Bigger’s Uli device etc. My indicator for overwork is the strength of my morning wood. I’ve endured a couple of minor setbacks, but so far so good, albeit slow. My full routine is 4 x 15 minutes clamped, 10-15 minutes jelq (at about 50%), 10 minutes in a hot bath and 10 minutes of basic stretches. Like I said above, I think based on unofficial measurements, 5/1/06 will represent my first consecutive month gains since my newbie days.

Doubles, I read a post a few years back by some guy that went over to his ex’s house with his newer, bigger, better package and also thought that would be a great experience. Either way, I’m not worried, this girl was very responsive to my smaller unit. It will be fun…

I’ve discovered that, due to the extreme forces, my penis is NOT healed enough after 24 hours rest. I always followed the 5 days on - 2 days off routine, but for me, that routine sucks for extreme clamps. You HAVE to give your penis more rest then it used to be, believe me. Now I PE “only” 3 times a week. MON - WEN - FRI.

A strong / heavy routine above a time consuming routine works better for me (and saves me quite a lot of time to!)

I clamp 3x10 min. sets. I set clamp as tight as possible, kegal in blood then push clamp in towards body. As soon as I release kegal I feel significant pressure on my unit as if its engorged way past normal erection.

The problem: Today I got a pretty prominant donut effect from clamping!!! Can someone explain this?

I get a bit of fluid buildup, but used to get more when I rested 5 minutes or more between sets. I found it helpful to sometimes remove all clamps and wraps between sets and milk a bit.

Now I take as short a break as possible (1 to 2 minutes), just enough to let the erection subside, then I stimulate and re-clamp for the next set.

I don’t know. Offhand I would say no, but perhaps other vets will chime in. You may need extra rest time if it’s still there the next day. Some pumpers say that doughnuts can become permanent with too much pumping or pressure and too little rest.
