I think the most effective ailment that PE can cure the most easily is a psychological one - percieved inadequacy. Whether or not this perception is based on reality, or a distorted influence given by certain key events, simply participating in this community and practice, I think, immediately starts to melt the fears, lack of confidence, and low self esteem away.

Just being here, and doing the exercises makes you feel better almost instantly, and when you get gains, however minor, the confidence starts to skyrocket.

I beleive westla’s original order is pretty close to the order I would arrange, although I haven’t been around that long. I would probably throw in stronger, harder erections at the top of that list. It seems as if days after starting my routine that was the case.

The wild card to me, westLA, is Premature Ejaculation. Probably I wouldn’t put it at or near the top of my own list of “easies.”

I don’t have it but it is an area of great interest to me because it is one of the most common of sexual complaints as well as the one that is least often reported, lasting power being such a “macho” aspect of sex. Premature ejaculation is also of interest to me because all of the current therapies (“squeeze and release” desentization which requires a cooperative partner; low-dose SRRI antidepressants; self-education through edging and aligned with that, masturbation re-education; desensitizing creams with or without a condom; RWG’s solution of accupuncture - no studies on that so far; hypnosis), none of these works in that large a percentage of cases.

Most of them do work to some degree in masturbation, where one is in total control of penile friction but they do not work that well, percentage of success-wise, during sex with a partner because the partner is trying to get off, too, and can so easily tip the scale with only one counter-thrust or two.

Penis enlargement exercises do help but I haven’t a read from this forum (Thunders) to what degree they do help.

I think I do go along with the rest of your list, though.

I have gotten a bigger unit, but the underlying motivation for PEing has not changed.

Secjay is on point about the psychological healing of PE. In my case I may never be completely confident, but I do feel better already.

Can somebody explain how PE can improve an overly-sensitive penis because PE has definitely made mine more sensitive? I actually quit PE due to this effect

The same thing seems to happen to most people when they first start PE it will pass as time goes on. While you PE you should learn how to edge without letting yourself cum. Also a good kegel routine works well but that also seems to make people cum faster at first but it passes and gives you better control.
