Realized I'm a 'more is more' body type

I’ve realized that I’m a more is more body type when it comes to pe, and I’m gutted! :(
Why am I down?
Well it means in order for me to regain the size I was at my peak (8.6” bpel) I will have to return to the long workouts I used to undergo around the Mar/Apr period this year where I would often workout for around 1.5-2 hours and would work my penis to death. At the moment I’m trying much shorter but very frequent workouts and yes, they do work to a lesser extent, but nothing compared to what I experienced during my ‘marathon pe’ stage.
I’m fast approaching the end of my 1st full year doing pe and I would love to be back to my largest recorded size for the start of my 2Nd year (Dec 12Th) but I now know I won’t get back to that size without hardcore, ultra intense, long and arduous routines which push the penis and everything around it, including my grip and forearm strength, to the limit.
At the moment I’m at the 8” bpel mark on a good day and I’m slowly growing with these smaller, more frequent workouts but they are just not the most effective and efficient way for me to return to my former glory. I would love to have me pe commitments finished within the space of 30 minutes every morning but that just isn’t to be.
