Realized I'm a 'more is more' body type

After looking back at my progress log My PE beginnings
I’ve realized that I’m a more is more body type when it comes to pe, and I’m gutted! :(

Why am I down?

Well it means in order for me to regain the size I was at my peak (8.6” bpel) I will have to return to the long workouts I used to undergo around the Mar/Apr period this year where I would often workout for around 1.5-2 hours and would work my penis to death. At the moment I’m trying much shorter but very frequent workouts and yes, they do work to a lesser extent, but nothing compared to what I experienced during my ‘marathon pe’ stage.

I’m fast approaching the end of my 1st full year doing pe and I would love to be back to my largest recorded size for the start of my 2Nd year (Dec 12Th) but I now know I won’t get back to that size without hardcore, ultra intense, long and arduous routines which push the penis and everything around it, including my grip and forearm strength, to the limit.

At the moment I’m at the 8” bpel mark on a good day and I’m slowly growing with these smaller, more frequent workouts but they are just not the most effective and efficient way for me to return to my former glory. I would love to have me pe commitments finished within the space of 30 minutes every morning but that just isn’t to be.

In essence I’m happy with my size.

I’m in the top percentile with my girth and length and very few of my partners have been with guys with bigger penises. Once again, being honest with both the group and myself, 10” bpel x 7” E.G. I’d be extremely happy at that size and my gains from pe would be significant enough to know it was worth all the time and effort and intense dedication. I’m very much like Clubber, Saiyan, Sultan, Big Girtha and guys like this who are willing to do whatever it takes to build a monster cock which is pushing their body to it’s upper most limits to achieve.

Whether 10 x 7 is possible remains questionable, it would require me to increase my penis 2.8” from my original starting point for length and 1.2” girth. Is that even humanly possible?

Very few people are able to gain that kind of size from pe and those who do make large gains usually focus on extremely intense, advanced, and dangerous exercises which, at this moment in time, I don’t. I’ve tried out some manual clamping here and there and it does yield some impressive results but I felt I could still make gains from a newbie type routine so that’s where I’m at with my workouts presently.

I will need to increase the duration of my workouts considerably though to get back to the 8.6” mark and to have any hope of getting past it in the New Year so that’s what I plan to do. Every aspect of the workout needs to be at least 15 mins long and usually upwards of that. So, for instance, a typical workout would look like this :-

20 mins warm up
20 mins stretching
30 mins jelqing (wet- ok & v)
50 mins edging
Cold shower

That’s a 2 hour workout and at the end of it my dick’s on the verge of falling off but as long as I have a thorough cooldown I recover very well and experience very little soreness am able to carry out an equally long session the next morning (probably excluding edging and increasing stretching and jelqing times slightly)

This, unfortunately, is what works for me and induces almost instantaneous growth so straying from this formula, while great for experimentation and experiencing other workout methods, yields very little results.

You might consider reducing or removing your edging routine and replacing it with kegels throughout the day. 50 minutes seems a bit excessive. What benefits do you even get from it? I thought it was more of a sexual health thing rather than an actual PE thing.

Also 20 minutes of warming up seems EXTREMELY excessive. Most people don’t do more than 5 minutes. If you must have this much warm up, I suggest you consider breaking it into 2 or even 4 five minute warm ups to keep you warming through your stretching jelqing. I do a ‘re-warming’ in some of my longer stretching routines (30+ minutes) and I find it’s a good way to get an even greater stretch.

That example routine I’ve posted was typical of my workouts when I jumped from 7.2” bpel to 8.6” in the space of 4 months. It worked very well for me and if it wasn’t for increased work responsibilities I probably would have continued with it for much longer.

Yes I accept you think it’s excessive but it works for me. It works really, really well.

The edging is a bit too much though and I’m trying to get that down to only 3 times per week and for maybe 30- 60 minutes each time anything above that is pretty much over-training. But it is also something that contributed GREATLY to my 1.4” increase in just 4 months so I have a deep love for the exercise, plus it gives me an excuse to watch lots and lots of pornography.

Win win in my book.

According to your stats, you gained 1.6” in ~3 months (january-march), then you lost 1.2” in ~2 months (april-june).

It seems to me hardly possible; maybe, since you say that at your maximum you exercised even 2 hours a day, your measurements were altered by the over intensive workout you did back then.

Hey Kooljohn if you suffer from fatigued hands and arms build my tunic buster. Im telling you…it gives the best workout, but doesn’t kill your arms and hands.

That could be the case, and it could also be due to inexperienced measuring techniques as a result I’m now super strict with measurements and also dabbled with reduced workouts (newbie routine done in about 30 mins) to see what the effect would be. As I mentioned earlier the result of this was gains at a much slower rate, as you can see from my stats data in the past couple months.

I don’t understand, the number are way beyond ‘inexperienced measuring error’. 1.4” of measuring error?
In the last 4 months you gained 0.6” in length and 0.3” in girth. What you call ‘slower rate’ is what most users would pay for.

There’s another number very strange: flaccid length. You started at 5.5”, which is excellent, then 5, then 3 (!!!), now you’re getting back at 4.5”.
Flaccid girth swings similarly - and it’s amazing you started at 4.75”, which is a respectable erect girth.

Either you got a rubber penis, or your routine has strong collateral effects.
If I were you I’d be worried about what’s gonna happen when you’ll stop PEing: last time you lost a lot.

Kooljohn, no disrespect at all, but your pics don’t look 8 BPEL at all. It doesn’t even look 6.5, honestly. I’m 6.75 NBPEL and mine seems considerably larger than yours. You say you have a .6 inch fat pad. Which would put you at about 7.4” NBPEL. Maybe it’s just a bad picture?
