I think your missing my point kooljohn, in that I don’t think the routine you described was actually that heavy but that your emphasis seems strange. I do twice as much stretching as you. I think for a man of my size a 10 x 7 wouldn’t look that freakish, infact it would probably look like a normal 8 x 6.

This is the downside of having such a large build and an overly large fat pad.

Once again, being honest with both the group and myself, 10” bpel x 7” E.G. I’d be extremely happy at that size and my gains from pe would be significant enough to know it was worth all the time and effort and intense dedication. Very few people are able to gain that kind of size from pe and those who do make large gains usually focus on extremely intense, advanced, and dangerous exercises which, at this moment in time, I don’t. I’ve tried out some manual clamping here and there and it does yield some impressive results but I felt I could still make gains from a newbie type routine so that’s where I’m at with my workouts presently.

I will need to increase the duration of my workouts considerably though to get back to the 8.6” mark and to have any hope of getting past it in the New Year so that’s what I plan to do. Every aspect of the workout needs to be at least 15 mins long and usually upwards of that. So, for instance, a typical workout would look like this :-

20 mins warm up
20 mins stretching
30 mins jelqing (wet- ok & v)
50 mins edging
Cold shower

That’s a 2 hour workout and at the end of it my dick’s on the verge of falling off but as long as I have a thorough cooldown I recover very well and experience very little soreness am able to carry out an equally long session the next morning (probably excluding edging and increasing stretching and jelqing times slightly)

This, unfortunately, is what works for me and induces almost instantaneous growth so straying from this formula, while great for experimentation and experiencing other workout methods, yields very little results.

That doesn’t seem very strenuous. I’m doing something similar but including clamping. If you want to reach that huge goal especially with the girth I’d clamp if I was you and hang too.. But yeah get the most out of the manual stuff for awhile, once you stop gaining move up.

If it is an aesthetic issue, have you considered cleaning up your diet and hitting the gym more often? I have lost a fair amount of fat since joining thunders, it makes a HUGE difference. Pun sort of intended.

I’m slowly working on my excess weight. My main problem is diet, I know exactly what I need to eat as I’ve been in and out of bodybuilding and sports for the best part of 2 decades but actually putting what I know into practice is a problem.

My sudden break was down to my work situation changin dramatically with promotion, other people being fired and me having to cover their hours as well as my own. To some extent this is still the case and I often do 50 hours per week.

I’m not complaining about that because I need the money but it interferes with my efforts in the gym and my efforts with pe. So my break wasn’t a planned one it was pretty much forced on me due to circumstance.
