I found this site a little over a year ago and though i was very sceptical i thought, it cant hurt to try. Well now i am back to report my success and encourage others.
I didn’t really need it – but i wanted to pass the magic 8 inches. i started on my birthday to have a good date to refer to.
I avoided all the scary home-carpentry medieval torture devices and focused on manual stretching and jelq.
I persisted. that is IMPORTANT.
I measured only once a month so i would see differences: also psychologically important.
I managed 4 to 5 sessions a week each lasting about 45 mins. Sometimes when i had family visiting or on holiday for example, I had a break of up to two weeks.
After one year of not VERY dedicated exercises i have gone from a strictly measured BP ER of 190 millimetres to 210 millimetres; that’s 4/5 of an inch added. so Now i am 8¼ long and still growing.
I would like to post a before and after pic for all the sceptics (i remember i took a start pic when i commenced). but its a devil of a job to do something that requires 3 hands! Maybe later.
for my next birthday I believe i will have earned myself a 9 incher!
