In an earlier thread you mentioned some great gains performing tunica specific excercises. I did a search and was unable to find your routine. Would you please post your routine? I am going after my tunica with a vengence as soon as I put together a program. Thank You!

Tooolguy, currently I am doing 10 minutes of jelqing in the am, then 7-8 sessions throughout the day of the following while seated-

1- one minute fulcrum stretch to the right at 9:00

2- one minute fulcrum stretch to the left at 9:00

3- one minute straight stretch at 12:00

4- one minute fulcrum stretch straight out and down at 9:00

quick massage and perhaps 10 dry jelq strokes to restore blood flow ends my session.

Doing this has allowed me to gain 1/4” of BPFS every month for the past 3 months…

Has doing this increased your erect length or just flaccid.

Both, although erect gains have been not been showing up at this pace. I should add that I just started adding the 10 minute jelqing to expand storage capacity in the CCs to take advantage of the extra room :)

I used to do only stretches for about a week or two, but have found that my head itches and I get some sort of internal pinch/pain in the head and/or urinary tract. I switched to just jelqing right now. I wish I could stretch my ligs with stretches, but I guess my head is too sensitive or my grip is not that comfortable. From what I hear, I should get some minimal lig stretching from jelqing at low erection levels. OK, I just noticed that I’m rambling, sorry.

RB I like your routine Idea, it would be a lot easier to sneak in 8 4 minute routines than 1 30+ minute routine. Have you completely stopped stretching your ligs?

Another question, do you “hot wrap” your penis before each of these sessions :) … Do you hot wrap before any of them? I think the tunica becomes more expandable when warmed up.

What kinds of jobs do you guys have that allow multiple sessions throughout the day? How do you get “in the mood” for it? Lately, I’ve been getting soft-offs when trying to jelq…. which makes it a waste of time. I also don’t want to waste viagra on PE, I’d rather save that stuff for sex.

Just like the rest of your adventures, this one begs a question or two:

1) With all this attention (stretching/jelqing x 7-8 times per day), a dick tend to stay semi-erect pretty much all the time, right? How do you stay flaccid enough to stretch effectively with so many PE sessions a day?

2) Where do you find the privacy at work to do these workouts?

1- This is a problem only for a while… As long as I can avoid porn in between sessions, I’m usually ok :)

2- Bathroom. I drink a lot of water. Everyone assumes I pee alot. :)

Stretch tunica every day?

Does anyone know if stretching the tunica every day would be beneficial? I know that the ligs can be stretched every day but I was wondering if the same can be done for the tunica for length gains or if rest days are needed as with girth.

I’ve been stretching mine everyday, although not as much on weekends, for the past 4 months…
