I have been PEing a little over a year. I just started doing erect bends. I am doing approximately 10 bends a day in my routine, 20 seconds each, and I am bending downward. Is downward ok? Do I need to worry about the nerve on top near head? How long will it take to see results. I am going for girth.


Downwards is fine, although doing it to the sides and up is good too, I would do all four directions. But no, you shouldn’t damage the nerve on the top as long as you are doing them correctly.
