Questions on clamping
I am thinking about adding clamping into my routine. First I want to try manual clamping then maybe eventually move on to a regular one. However, I do have a few questions.
1) How is manual clamping done?
2) For a first time clamper, how long is a good time to clamp?
3) Should I clamp after my girth routine?
4) Is their anything else I should know about clamping?
