I do not want to sound like a newbie. However, I am just trying to modified my workout.

So it seems like everyone basically counts during the Jelq workout.

I have been doing like 30 min right. Basically what I am saying is for example, I start at 7:00 and end at 7:30 am. I do not count. I just pay attention to the clock.

This is probably a dumb question. However, I just want to know what is the best way. Is counting up to 700 or a 1000 reps is better than my method?

I would appreciate any advice.


I don’t count the reps but I do ensure a stroke time of at least 3 seconds and work to the clock.

As long as you are doing the work it should be fine.

Same here. I watch the clock and concentrate on my stroke.



I count my strokes. Specifically I do 700 strokes, each about 1-2 seconds . I do these in groups of 100. I then super-set in squeezes at each 100 strokes for 30-60 seconds. I keep count by taping 7 very sexy pictures on the wall. I dedicate 100 stokes to each picture.
