Im 2 months into PE and ive had this question that has been bothering me for a while. After my PE session i really never have had that “pumped up look” last longer than 5 minutes.Id like to know if this is a problem or just the way my penis reacts.
10 minute manual stretches all down
10 minute fowfer stretch (2x 5 min each)
20 minutes 60-80% jelq
2 10 sec horses every 10 minutes during jelqs
Have had slight gains sence i started but have always had trouble mesuring so dont have a starting point.
Ps will post my current stats when i can pull it off lol.
