Question to Clampers: Clamping Help.Exercising and Results
I have been experimenting with clamping for sometime. I just recently began to do it more often and am currently doing it as one of my primary sources of PE. I know how to do it, what to look for, what to be careful of, ect.
My questions come in, when it comes to the length of the workouts as well as the exercises involved. Also the results. How long should you clamp(sets/min) on a typical day? When should you start incorporating exercises in your clamping sessions(jelqing, bends, ect.). And lastly what kind of personal gains and how long did it take, did you receive from clamping?
I want to discuss clamping with clampers to get a better idea of the workout.
