I know this question has been answered many of times. However, I am having a tough time visualizing the method.

Ok, is it where you are bending over as to pick up the newspaper.

While bending over you position your hand in a “ok” grip next to your base and jelq backwards towards you butt.

I am not sure if I have it correct. Also it is going to look like your penis is blowing up like a balloon. Is it more like half a jelq then a full jelqing method? Or what?

I am just trying to visualize. Need a little assistance.

I like to do it sitting down.

Nope. You start toward your butt, and jelq outward to the balls. You can also reach within your scrotum (carefully) and jelq that area. You cannot use an OK grip. You use the thumb, forefinger and middle finger, and press the inner shaft into the body. The blood is forced forward by the thumb and fingers and the body completes the constriction.

Mine does tend to blow up. The stroke of the jelq is limited by your physiology.

Bigger

The way I do it is sit on a chair with my ass (up to my anus) just off the edge and lean back so that my upper back is touching the back of the chair. I have my legs nice and wide open at this stage. I then make a thumbs up fist (a fist with my thumb out). I then put my thumb nail next to my anus. Now with a flick of the wrist I roll my thumb first, then my fist along that entire area between anus and scrotum.

I find that the urethra really expands with this exercise. Another thing is that say my dick is pointing out parallel to my body, at the end of the btb motion my dick will be rigid, pointing parallel to my body like I’ve done a massive kegel.

Does anyone think it would be worthwhile doing a few uli’s, moving the fist forward an inch and then do a reverse kegel and a btb jelq? This would be done so that the inflows expand more.

I’ve been trying to get my head around this BTB jelqing for quite some time now……..I’ve done a diagram in another thread ‘Technical question about BTB jelqing’ I think it’s called. That might help you visualize it.

I still can’t get the whole balloon effect though; let me know how you get on.
