Question for Goingdeep
I hope all is going well for you. I had a question for you regarding hanging. How much weight are you using on your Bib hanger. When I started out, I was just stretching and jelqing. However, I think that I toughened up my ligs quite a bit because when I started hanging, I really didn’t feel any stress at all on the ligs until I was up to 15 lbs. When I finally got a Bib hanger, I moved up to 20 lbs. fairly quickly because, as you know, that hanger makes hanging more weight easy. Yesterday, I noticed that I am getting a little nerve damage (I have been hanging a lot lately), so I am taking a week off. The nerves (sensation) actually seem to be getting a lot better after just one day, so I am not worried. However, when I start back in about a week, I want to be sure that I don’t overdo it. Hence, I wanted to know how much weight you were using to kind of get a benchmark. If any other Bib users read this, I would welcome your input on weight also.
