Hey Guy’s I have a question for you, who have had some experience with clamping. I have been clamping now for about a month and the first couple weeks I stuck to the recommended one day on and one day off. Also 2 sets of 10 mins each day that I am on. I have been doing two days on and one day off for the last couple weeks and it is going very well. I have kept the sets and mins the same. It seems as though my EQ is very very good and I am wondering if I should move to a slightly more advanced routine. Can I get some feedback from you? By the way I have noticed in this time period that my clamp is not able to click as far closed as when I began, so I think I have had some gains there.

Do not up the intensity, you will be asking for injury if you do. You’re only 3 months in so I wouldn’t even recommend clamping at this point. As long as you’re getting gains do not increase the load.


Start:7.5 BPEL X 5 MSEG

Goal: 7 MSEG

I’m going to co-sign LordVayne’s comment that beginners shouldn’t be clamping at all. I’m assuming you’re a beginner based on your join date. If you haven’t already, please read all of the warnings to newbies, penis inventory, and newbie routine threads. Then please stick with the newbie routine before moving on to what are considered advanced exercises. Take care of your penis…after all-it’s strictly one-per-customer!

I appreciate the advice guys. I do pay close attention to my unit and how it is responding as well as to my EQ. However I agree with you guys that slow is better. And the fact that I seem to be gaining with this intensity, I will continue with no change for now.

Just be careful for the top of your penis as this is where the nerves are. You don’t want to end up without feeling in your member.

Regardless of how much attention you pay to your unit, I would seriously recommend against clamping until you’ve seen what gains you can get and condition your unit with the newbie routine. Clamping is high risk and you have to have a fully conditioned dick to deal with the pressures it builds up. After all this time I still basically do the newbie routine with some clamping every 3rd or 4th day.

Are you saying that even after a month of Clamping with absolutely no issues, improved EQ, and gains, that I should stop at this point?

In my opinion, if you have clamped without issues already your member was probably conditioned already for some reason. I also started clamping early, but only after a few months of jelging and manual stretching. And I also wrap my penis with felt and a piece of an old leather belt to prevent injury.

Clamping did wonders for my girth.
