Question about length maintenance

So here’s the question… If I reach my length goal and start working on girth (mainly clamping), is ADS (12.7-15.9 lbs steel ball) enough to maintain gained length or is manual stretching maintenance routine needed?

I will keep doing dry jelqs, but I don’t hold them responsible for any gains, I do them for EQ/penis health.

I find it easier to stretch 2 days a week instead of wearing an ADS (which is a bitch to wear).

Wow! 12-15lb ADS huh. People think you have big balls then! I think you ment oz. but that’s my guess. I think ADS will need to be supplemented with not hard manual stretches or BTC until length cements since you said your doing jelqs anyhow. Just my 2 cents

Oh boy, I was a little curious about your ADS as well:D

I think you need to consider first what the routine you are quitting consists of.

I would personally gradually taper off from my current routine. Loosing gains are never cool. Trust me, I know.

Oh no, I’m not quitting anything yet, I’m just preparing for future. :) Looking at how things are going, I’ll reach my length goal and start working on girth before the end of 2010 and I like to plan ahead so I’m trying to figure out what to do then.

I was thinking of doing the routine I got my gains with for another month or two after hitting goal length, then gradually decrease amount, ultimately stop doing it and then start clamping. After I reach my girth goal I’ll probably do maintenance routine for both length and girth probably for years to come. :)

Does that sound okay? Or maybe stretching like 2 times a week while on my girth routine would be a better idea? Hm…

Two times a week is an excellent maintenance schedule. Any more, and it wouldn’t be maintenance. My last maintenance schedule consisted of doing nothing, and that certainly was not ideal. I lost about a quarter inch in length over an extended break. But I insist that even the lightest jelq/stretch routine would of prevented this loss. It’s even possible that EQ was the culprit in this short-coming.


2005 - BPEL 6.0"x MSEG 4.5" (BEG 4.75"/HEG 4.625")

2010 - BPEL 8.0"x MSEG 5.75" (BEG 6.5"/HEG 5.875")

Goal - BPEL 9.0"x MSEG 6.5" (BEG 6.5"/HEG 6.75")

Then that’s the way I’m going to do it. :) It also makes sense, so why not?
