Ok, let me preface this by saying that I try to hang at least 10hours or more a week and lately, I have been doing just that. My question is, do anyone other 10+ hangers or any other intense PE’ers experience a not so hard erection anymore. I mean, I’m 20, and I remember that before I started PE, my penis was so hard it could save a village from being decimated by a fury of bullets. But now, I can get hard, but it doesn’t have that hardness I used to be used to. Now, I can bend my erection down below 0 degrees (horizontal mark) and rotate it left and right freely but before PE I couldn’t even budge it down past 60 degrees. I know this type of flexibility is normal in the cases of hangers so that’s not my problem. But I still want a rock hard penis. Tips, suggestions, comments, advice? Anyone take a week or two off from PE and see their erectons come back tough enough to wistand being run over by an H2?

Sounds familar, bigger unit will mean more variable hardness imo. Nice gains :)

I believe that Cappy mentioned somewhere that he just had three weeks off and his erection quality is far better.

My routine at the moment only totals about 8 hours per week and apart from a little lose of quality right after a session, I have had no problems.

I think in general, no matter what PE you are doing, if erection quality starts to diminish, it is a sign you are over doing it. So either take time off, or make reductions in your routine until erection quality returns.

Thunder-As good advice as that is, I’m trying to resist taking time off because 1) I know that if I do that, I will give my ligs and tunica a lot of time to completely heal and therefore be alot less amenable to change and 2) I plan to be living in a college dorm by Jan and I know I wont have the time nor privacy to hang there so I must achieve my 8NBP X 6 goal as quickly as possible.

Andrew69- Yes, thats what I mean. No matter how long you hang with less than stellar erections, when you stop hanging for 3 to 4 weeks, won’t your rock hards come back with a vengence?

Gprent-Hmmm…Overdoing it? maybe. Even though I merely try to keep up with Bib’s 10 hours a week for gains mentality. And, thanks to BBS, I dont even hang that heavy now…Just 7.5lbs. This is definently frustrating. Thanks for responding guys.

If you come into PE with no erectile dysfunction and you start having problems, you are doing something wrong. gprent knows how this works.

If you don’t have ED, end each PE session with a hard-on. If can’t do that, take a look at the previous routine you did and try to figure out what about it might be excessive for your own stage of conditioning.

Read back and you will see that most members who do not go over-board in their routines report an increase in their erectile response. I see that over and over again here.

I assume you are tryig to get me to do a search on deconditioning to correct my flawed statement that giving my ligs and tunica time off will let them heal and be less able to change. But, your advice is never wrong, so for the next 1 hour and 30 min, I’ll do a search and read up on it as much as I can. I guess I dont really beieve in deconditioning so much because 1 year or 2 back, I just gave up on PE and focused on studing and ASF material. Came back about February this year, did stretches, jelqs, blabla. That should have been deconditioning enough if the theory behind it was viable. Unfortunently, I didn’t really get any gains. So who can blame me for not really putting alot of weight on that idea. But I’ll still take your advice. Off I go!

Ok. I’m back. It’s amazing how much good info is in old threads. Human beings normally have the idea that newer is better, but there are so many gems in the archives. Here’s what I got out of it: I am going to start doing this like UIShrike. For every month of PE, I will take one entire week off. If I am overtraining, that will give me time to heal properly. I am also going to start using a more experimental attitude as MXL does. I’ll measure my BPFSL, do a certain excercise for a week, then measure again and note the variance. Good way to check what works and what doesn’t for you. I’ll do that after I take my 1 week break starting 8-06-04. Thanks Thunder!

Avocet had sound advice for you to end each session with a hard-on. It’ll restore bloodflow. I also recommend to massage it.

Try this exercises 3 x after each session:

Arouse yourself until you almost climax, then back off and let the erection fully subside. Start over…do this 3 x in a row without climaxing and I’m sure you’ll have your steelrod back in no time.

I also recommend this Ex not just after an intense hanging session but for every PE session. Works great.

Make it huge....!
