Q4L's 3 Year PE Anniversary - Still no gains to report

spaghetti -

That protein is key, and the body needs rest in order to grow.

Okay those were two pretty obvious things.

I thought there were more complicated answers. Thanks though.

How does a thread about a guy who hasn’t gained in 3 years get this much attention? I can’t believe I’m even still reading it!!!

Neither can I.

I would imagine that one reason is that many people are in the same boat. Also, there is the never ending chase for the silver bullet.. If super-non-gainer quik4life eventually get some gains, people want to know what he did.

Because we all want to help our fellow adventurer :)

Because this is such a caring community, we are quick to praise and congratulate those who reach their goals, encourage those who are beginning to gain, but most of all, to empathise and try to help those who for whatever reason have been unable to gain.

Whilst it is perhaps an unrealistic expectation that we can all grow the penises we desire, it is and should always remain our most passionate pursuit.

Yes this forum is very helpful and has been for me, good luck quik4life hope you find something that works!

Q4L, you mentioned that tried extenders. Could I know for how many hours in total, and how many hours/day in average? Extenders don’t give gains if used less than 750-1000 hours.

Also, you said you had gains from hanging 45 min. sessions. This give a basic point: for you (I suspect for all, but that’s another topic), low tension x long time is better than high tension x short periods.

I think that with mental effort we can discover what does work for you; we have to do a kind of brain-storming here; starting this thread was a brilliant idea and a first step to success.

I am not an expert at this in any way but I read through some of your stuff on here and saw lots about jelqing and time amounts etc. I see this all just like I see weightlifting. To make things bigger get as much blood in there as you can to cause muscle failure then stop and let it regrow/rebuild for a day or whatever it takes your body then do it again with more weight/stress. It should work logically because that is how you build muscle bulk everywhere else. Short time amounts with max tension. I am trying a basic system for myself.. I push blood into my penis and kegel and then hold it there as hard as I can so the outer portion above my hand is very engorged and red.. Then when it hurts a tiny bit I hold tight while pumping my hand in the direction of the tip with small subtle force .. Each time you pump to the tip light pain or discomfort is attained because it is at it’s stress point.. Meaning you are breaking stuff inside there and it will have to rebuild. I have been doing this for the past 2 weeks and my EQ is way better than it was before I started and my dick is thicker and a little longer. Morning wood again etc.The other side to this is when your EQ is at it’s strong point you switch off to stretching.I use golf weights because it makes great scientific sense to fulcrum specific points in order to stretch all portions of it instead of weighing it down to pull against all of that resistance.when I do that I usually just feel ligaments pop and then it seems to not make a difference anyway. So I am working with the golf weights now.

As soon as my EQ goes back to poor again I do the First thing to fill in the girth of the erection and it has been working.

I really need to get a ruler soon so I can make sure for myself it is working.. There have been indicators though.. More hang to it, Hurt my girlfriend from bottoming out.. Which I never did before to that degree of her wincing in pain and stopping sex for a little bit a few times, It looks a little bigger on average, and my EQ has been much better.

My thought is basically to keep it simple and cause muscle failure to promote growth of new cells and a bigger penis.

I hope this can help somehow.

Another note.. So many people are concerned with hurting their penis by over working it..
Ever hear of anyone saying.. Oh no I maxed out today on the bench press.. I hope My arms and chest don’t fall off lol NO

Because it is in human nature to adapt and grow physically to keep us safe and surviving.

Good luck and keep at it. Go crazy with it and see what happens sometimes.

Next stop: Injuries / Treatments forum.

For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

iwantmore, you could make us glad reading the Forum Guidelines and applying them.

So said, your theory is the theory that near everyone had before starting PE; after a little experience, and reading something on this site, most changed opinion. Short-time/high tension is a failure approach for PE: penis is not like a pectoral.

BTW, the “go to failure” approach is a failure pathway for weigth-lifting also, if one doesn’t use steroids. Competitive weight-lifters approach their 1 RM only 2-3 times per year; and world-ranked champions even less often than that, even if using steroids, even beeing genetical wonders.
But this is another story.

I didn’t know that.. Sorry. I am on the wrong path then it seems? DAMNIT!
It is getting bigger though.. Will that stop soon?

I hope not, but probably yes, and for a long time. Everyone is different; we can just speak about what happens to most of guys that go for the “no pain -no gain” or the “go to failure” or other simplicistic (no offense intended) approaches.

I’d be more worried for possible injuries than for stopping gains, however.
