I wouldn’t take a decrease in EQ as a sign that you’re necessarily overtraining. I’ve had decreases in EQ and gains in the same period.

I don’t think petite size means tight pussy. I guess it might be more likely that a petite girl would be smaller down there. I’ve heard that Asian girls are tight.

I just read remek’s book. It is a good compilation of mainly manual exercises (good for you, since you are lacking privacy for hanging etc.).

My suggestion would be:

Get the book.

Make it your bible.

Follow religiously.

Measure today.

Measure in 365 days.

Decide whether it was worth the effort or to give up.

Don’t even consider surgery. Iven a moderately large unit is better than failed surgery (in particular if associated with complications).

ticktickticker: I have remek’s book. I’ve been reading the EIM thread, as well as remek’s theory regarding Smooth Muscle tissue. I’m going to create a new routine that focuses “on what’s holding me back.” I will NEVER do surgery. You’re right - ANY size unit is better than a failed surgery.

10 minutes of 3 second jelqs could be as much as 200 jelqs. Kevin12 gained almost 3/4 of an inch from 60-90 jelqs, going every day as the plan, but with days off as needed.

You said you are 5.75 BPEL x 4.25.

Tell me what your BPFL x FG are.

Furthermore, how many days per week did you PE and how long were your workouts?

I realize that in 3 years you’ve probably tried a lot of different routines, but could you give me your basic approach?

I’m going to tell you right now that unless your BPFL is 5.25” or more and your FG is 4” or more, claiming that you “cannot” gain is bullshit.

BPFSL is 6.25” and my FG is about 3 - 3.25”

OK, so here are a few of the routines that I’ve done. I don’t remember the routines exactly, but this is pretty close…

Routine 1

Newbie Routine
Warm Up (Shower)
10 minute stretches (all directions)
10 minute wet jelq at 70% erection (overhand grip, palms down)
Started with 2 on/1 off, then to 1 on/1 off
I increased the amount of stretches and jelqs over time and maxed out at about 15 minutes each.

Pumping Routine
Pumped at 3-4 hgs for 3 x 10 mins
Did about 50 dry jelqs in between pumps
2 on/1 off

Memento’s Routine
Warm Up
15 minutes of Inverted Vs
Warm Down
Then 150 jelqs or so in the evening.
5 on/2 off

Clamping Routine
Warm Up
3 x 10 minutes, then I increased to 3 x 15 minutes
Warm Down
I switched to a silicone cockring and edged for 30 minutes in place of clamps sometimes. Got good expansion.
I also experimented with the air clamp, but wasn’t getting good expansion with it.
5 on/2 off

Babbis’ Routine
Warm Up
Vacuum hung 3 lbs SO for 45 minutes (increased 3 minutes to each hanging session)
Wet jelqed for 150 strokes immediately after
ADSed for the rest of the day (or at least 4 hours)
1 on/2 off

RicJoh’s Routine
10 minutes of overhand dry jelqing
1 on/1 off

Pud’s Routine
Warm Up
10 minutes of dry jelqing with a cockring on
Warm Down
2 on/1 off

Most Recent Routine
30 Supra Slammers every evening
I ejaculated after these sessions about half the time

I’ve tried a lot of other routines, but can’t remember them all. I know I’ve played around with different variations on all these routines, including various stretches, BTB stretches, Fowfers, and various erection levels when jelqing.

In my opinion you need to step it up and try something much more strenuous. You say you haven’t reached fatigue, and with your list of routines it’s obvious why. I wouldn’t gain with any of those routines, either.
