Pumping, Clamping and Jelqing

All three of these are great for PE. Jelqing has helped me gain length, clamping has helped with girth and pumping helped with girth and length. I just want to know, which one has caused some discoloration? And which one has the biggest threat of making your penis darker? I like a dark penis, I don’t mind it. But I would like to know which one is most likely to cause the color change.

Clamping and pumping, hard to say which one is worse, it depends how you perform them (intensity and duration).

Fg suggests to do firegoat rolls after each pumping session.

Clamping is generally worst for discolouration , especially if your sets are longish.

Do firegoat rolls after any PE :)


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

I don’t do clamping but do stretch, jelque and extend. But my penis has become lighter in color.

Discoloration which is the same as bruising is caused by the rupture of capillaries near the skin surface. In PE this occurs from over pressurizing the penis from any one of the methods you mentioned.

The way to prevent discoloration from any method is to condition your penis by slowly building up to the force you put on it over a 2 to 3 week period. Once you get conditioned, you can handle the type of forces without causing the injury that caused your current discoloration.

Since you are happy with your injured discolored penis I take it you are not interested in healing it.

I said I don’t mind the discloration. Never said I wouldn’t want to heal it. :) Through my PE journey I have only done these 3 types of exercises, the ones I mentioned in the original post. I have never incorporated anything different because I’m getting great PIs.

Till recently I have seen some slight discoloration. It’s nothing major but it is noticable.

You can try a quick two part fix but it is not easy to do.

The first part is not too hard but you might not like it. Take a week off.

The second part sounds easy but it takes a lot of will power. In all of those three PE methods you use, you have to start up again after that week off using less force and less pressure then you are currently using. You should also back off on the amount of time you are currently up to. It is harder then it sounds and it takes will power to start off slow, but if you can be patient, you will be more then happy with the result. The whole process will be over in 3 weeks or less so hang in there.

Well good news for you gprent, I just took a week off because of school. :) I’ve been doing low pressure pumping ever since. Why is it that a combination of rest and low pressure exercise allows the discoloration to disappear? Does it have something to do with the blood coming into the pens?

The discoloration disappears because you first let it heal a bit and then stop beating it up so it stays healed. Remember, discoloration is an injury, it is the same as a bruise.

No, not if you are going overboard by using too much force or too much pressure. The way you are doing the exercises is causing more injury. So when you perform jelqing or clamping or pumping, you have to stay under your injury threshold and that makes it a little more complicated for you since it sounds like you do all three. I just pump so all I need to know is my injury threshold for pumping.

It sounds like your discoloration is not too severe so it is likely you are not going way overboard and maybe it is just one of the three exercises that is causing the problem, but that is up to you to figure out.

It’s not severe. But it is clamping that’s causing it, I’m sure of it.

Then the fastest way to restore a healthy looking cock is no more clamping, at least for a while.

Unfortunately yes, but the body has amazing healing powers.
