If there is anyone that has gained considerable amount of girth in this forum and happens to come through the newbie section.. Please enlighten me about girth gains.

I have successfully made my penis longer through hanging, until my girlfriend complained it was hitting way too deep sometimes. One time it was even bleeding in her vagina so I thought I should stop hanging.

Now my problem is girth. I have tried clamping my penis but it always gets pretty dark fast (lack of oxigen), it feels like it doesn’t have time to increase thickness. So I was thinking about pumps because the penis still has blood-flow while still getting engorged. But I have heard many people saying that pump effects are only temporary and others saying that they aren’t, so I’m not quite sure if I should go ahead and spend some money on a good pump.

And now something I wanted to say for a long time:

Doctor Oz has publicly said that penis enlargement is impossible unless you inject testosterone during puberty, and we just prooved him wrong. Someone out there (with money) should do a serious research on penis enlargement. It feels like this ART is still undeveloped, like using cheap tools that can cause injury. Back then people discovered fire rubbing wood agaisnt wood, and now we use matches or a lighter. And with PE it feels we are still rubbing wood agaisnt wood, slow and half-assed gains, like there’s so much more to learn about tissue development.
We are on the 21st century and we can definatly do it, there aren’t just enough people caring about this issue.

If you dont mind me asking you, what were your starting measurements, and how much did you gain from hanging?

Penis pump and clamping is an entirely different thing, and they attack the girth with different force. If you’re seriously considering buying a pump, go with dr.kaplan. or bathmate.

Doctor OZ is a good doctor, but he’s on TV for a reason. Think about it.

Yes, we’re in 21st century, and we can easily invest billions of dollars on Penile Enlargement, but honestly, do you really want that to happen? Everyone walking around with 8X6 or even more? Nah, I would rather stick with rubbing wood against wood. But that’s just me. You make a good point though!

I’m from Europe so I use centimeters to measure. My starting lenght was 14.9 cm, and now 19.2 cm. Initial girth was 14 cm and now it’s about the same. Some people say hanging also increases girth but it didn’t work for me so it must be something they are doing diferently, maybe a jelqing session after.

I heard hanging was really good for base girth, but between pumping and clamping it’s simply up to you. ‘Your results may vary’ etc etc, you’ll just have to try them out and see which one you enjoy more or you think works better for you.

There has to be science behind all this because we are all made of the same flesh, so what works for one has to work for another, and if it doesn’t then that someone else is doing it wrong.

Maybe hanging increases base girth done in various angles and in specific times and schedules, but it didn’t do much for me.

People have different metabolic rates, some peoples bodies are more sensitive to carbs, with exercise and workouts people have different routines that work better for them, or different diets. Sure their are a few hard and fast rules, but lots of it changes depending on how your body will react to it. Even though you and I both are made of the same flesh, you may get sick off of a specific ethnic food that I do not, because we aren’t exactly the same and our bodies have their own individual responses.

You want research! When the main techniques used for PE are stretching, jelking, and hanging - all FREE techniques - there are NO profits to be made by anybody. Why then spend money in order to make none?
It’s just not going to happen any time soon.

You cannot patent this stuff. That’s why manufacturers come up with all kind of devices to increase you penis, some which work and some don’t.
Devices can have patents. When in reality the best PE tool is our own hands.
And if by chance there are such “studies”.. I can assure they will be biased.
Studies cost money. Studies are usually made to make more money.
Why on earth would anyone make such “clinical studies” when there’s no profit involved.

The best we have is forums like these and people like us who actually research and eventually do the shit we do to prove PE works.

Docs are studying weigth training since always and if you want to become bigger you just have to listen to a trainer instead then a Doctor - although the ‘scientific knowledge’ of the former is just like rubbing wood against wood while the latter has MRI and whatever.

I would compare PE to cryptozoology versus medical science being documented speces in a natural history museum. Despite medical sciences claimed that PE is a paradox and only a placebo effect all of us here with at least six months of practice know it works and have seen it with our own eyes. I would love to start a foundation for studies of natural PE but the problem with that is public over interest and lawsuits from overzealous men and scheming supplement companies. To be fair to everyone it would have to be more like a secret society of pe’ing free miasons.

To answer the thread starters question pumping and clamping affect you in very different ways but almost anyone can benefit from either or both with proper technique and timing. That is once you have atleast six months to a year of PE experience because clamping is an advanced technique.

When I said that I would like PE to be researched I wasn’t thinking about the not so great side effects. I bet there would be a great battle to see who gets the biggest penis, just like those who overdue muscle growth until they look like monsters. Everyone with a 8x6 would be pretty much boring, and girls with a smaller vagina would have trouble finding someone. There would probably be a “average sized men” parade in front of the PE headquarters saying that girls actually liked the original sizes etc.

The point was, instead of getting a massive penis in 4 years, we could get it in 4 months for example. Fast easy and effective.

My problem is that PE is very time consuming and I have to be always careful about being caught (Don’t know what my mom would think if she saw me with weights hanging from my cock). Sometimes I even missed college classes because no one would be at home during that time and I would have more freedom to experiment.

So if you are out there living alone and have no girlfriend, then this is the perfect time to start PE. But I wish it didn’t have to be like this.

Hanging is the most time-consuming PE choice. Clamping and pumping aren’t that much time consuming.

I can tell you that clamping has worked very well for me! Gains have really slowed down compared to the first 3 months however, and that is normal and to be expected. I went from about 5.2” girth to 5.5” in those first 3 months.

Clamping is suppose to be good for base girth but seems like you done plenty of clamping already. You should try some pumping, water pumping is nice. I am doing it and I like it. And do some clamping, you can clamp after a pump session. Your dick will get temporary really thick and in the long run it will produce some girth gains - probably. Or try some advanced jelqing, dry jelq at high erection level, jelq squeeze, etc.

Not sure if it’s considered a significant amount of gains but i gained .25 from clamping
