Pull this hard for length gains - theory
I have a quite simple theory about length gains. The theory has no scientific evidence what so ever, it’s just seems to make plain sense. I hope to get answers from PE-veterans, but all answers are good.
When I pull out my penis with medium force, it stops there, of course. But when I pull a little harder, it moves slightly. Not much, about 0.1”. But it moves. My theory on this is that when you pull under this, let’s call it; lock, you don’t get any lenght gains because if you pull under the lock, then you’re just stretching the penis to what it usually can handle - and there’s no need to adapt. But if you pull over this lock, you force the penis to grow this tall. And then you should be able to continue this and skip to change routines and such for length gains. Of course there are other things, like getting enough sleep. But I think this is an important thing to do for length gains.
