Guys: you know how you’re all pumped up after a good girth workout? My unit is actually a quarter-inch thicker in this state than with a normal hard erection on a non-workout day. I always like to think about what you described as “plumped.” I have also noticed that my pumped/plumped/puffy penis is bigger than my regular erection, but sometimes it varies. Sometimes I like to measure after a girth workout so I can kind of see what is in store and update the mental picture of what I want my cock to look like. How long does it take to cement things? I don’t know. What I do figure is that you have to go beyond where you want to end up before you can really cement anything.

It depends how much your actually growing rather then getting fluid build up. Good diet and rest days are important. Don’t over do it either. After 6 months to a year you should have 50% of your gains permanent. From my experience if you stop PEing for at least 3 months.
