Prototype of a new exercise: The Manual Alternating Clamping
I always felt clamping is too unnatural and so was looking for a more natural exercise that gave me _full_ control over engorgement during the time of the exercises.
Here’s what I stumbled upon which may or may not look commonsensical, but it looks like a very promising and FUN exercise.
So without further ado, may I present to you *dish*: The amazing, mind-blowing, dick-growing Manual Alternating Clamp (short: MAC)
About the process:
1. Get a good erection going.
2. Create an OK sign with thumb and forefinger with both hands.
3. Put one OK sign to the base of your dick (where you would apply a clamp or slightly below where you’d start a jelqing motion).
4. Put the other OK sign right below the glans.
5. That’s your basic setup, where the “base clamp” will press (with the forefinger) mainly on your CS and the “glans clamp” will press mainly on the CC (with the forefinger again).
From there you can alternate clamping down (gently!) one “OK clamp” more than the other in order to direct the flow of blood in your dick at all times.
The main thing about this is not the pressure you exert, but the timing of your motion(s).
If you clamp down both at the same time (or close to it), you get no blood flow at all (and yes, this is considered BAD!).
If you leave too big a gap between the clamping down at the base and clamping down at the head, you lose engorgement (which may be a good idea to do in between every now and then for health).
If you time it just right, you let in fresh blood by opening the base clamp a little, let out less fresh blood by opening the clamp below the glans and so you basically get a dual clamp that can be held up indefinitely (read: as long as your dick or your fingers can take it).
Rule of thumb is: Maximize the pleasure, avoid all stings of pain while at the same time keeping that part of your body that you call your dick well engorged.
As long as you don’t feel a sting, all is well.
Just make sure what you do is like a constant waving motion, like one wave riding atop of another, so your dick is always warm, fe els good and healthy and pleasurable and you can go as long as you feel it is still HEALTHY to go on exercising like this.
You can also put emphasis on length gain or girth gain by keeping the CS or the CC fully(++) engorged most of the time.
Be gentle to yourself!
One cycle of the exercise takes me from around .7s to 1s to 2 to 3 seconds, depending on the emphasis on holding engorgement or creating greater (natural) engorgement (just in case a little note: No, your dick isn’t at its full size for at least a minute after getting an erection; a fact the veterans will surely know, but I thought this would be good place to stick this in. Be gentle).
Warmup and warmdown is, as always when it comes to ruin..err stretching tissue fibers, very recommended.
This is just a proposal, but it has natural, seemingly ever-lasting (up to the point before you get severe tissue weakening obviously) potential for exercising that is FUN as well.
