I haven’t been able to post as much as I’d like to lately, but I’m taking this time to chime in to say thanks to everyone.
If you could critique my routine, that would be great. It’s been 8 months since I started, and I think I’m finally getting somewhere. The key, for me at least, was to increase my workload. When I first started, it was an every other day routine that ended up being about three days a week. It got me SOME gains, but nothing to write home about. Nowadays, I’m up to 5-6 days a week at 30-40 minutes per session, and I think it’s really starting to kick in. If it wasn’t for all the great info and support provided by you guys, I’d still feel completely powerless in changing my outlook on life, love, and sex.
One of the things I’ve found to be a great help were HORSE SQUEEZES. I figured out that I had to do more of ‘em for longer holds and I think they are doing the trick. Things are starting to “fatten up” nicely. And of course, DLD BLASTERS/A STRETCHES. Really good stuff.
One little question for DLD though: What direction is best to pull my dick while doing the A Stretch? Straight out? Down? I stretch up against a ruler sometimes… is that a good thing to do, or will it just drive me crazy?
No bending in my routine yet, I want to see how far I can get with just jelqing, stretching and squeezes, THEN incorporate bends.
So there it is, 5-6 days a week at 30 or 40 minutes tops per session. No true measurements yet, but soon. But I feel that things are really starting to happen finally… I’m just paying my dues… putting in the work. I must say this is a good hobby.
