After taking up clamping to hopefully get some girth, I found that after 2 months I have gained nothing. First 2 weeks I did 2 sets of 10 minutes, second 2 weeks I did 3-4 sets of 10 minutes. Then the last month I have done many different variations including low intensity long workouts, 20+. Anyway, After the clamp session I am slightly bigger, but overall I have gained nothing from clamping. So, I decided that I am going to go back to jelqing, which is were I saw my first gains. Anyway, I’m hoping to get some quick gains because I haven’t jelqed much at all in the past two months.
I did 3 sets of 10 minutes as well when I started cable clamping and I noticed that this did nothing for me. Then I changed it to 3-5 sets of 15 minutes; this triggered the growth response. In other words, you may want to increase the minutes. I also noticed that as I progressed to the third, fourth and fifth set, the expansion of the tunica is much greater. An erection of at least 80% to 90% is imperative before the cable clamp is set. Lastly, using double two clamps helps with the pressure; set the first clamp for the first 5 minutes then set second clamp for the next 5 to 10 minutes to increase the pressure.
