Hello,

It s been a while, since my last visit, I am a married guy, and of course, we share the same computer.
Ok, I have stopped exercise 2 years ago, and started an office activity, 10 hours a day.
My penis is shrinking.. I see my EQ suffers a lot, also my size, even sometimes when I have sex, I am not 100 fully erect, so it seems to be a problem.
This is old thing, from an year o so..
Everybody claims gains, I only claim a massive shrinkage, from 7inches to 6 inches in 2 years. My girth stays the same..
I must admit that I was around 70kg and now, because of the office activity and lack of sport and exercise, I am 77kg right now.
Is it normal? Did it happen to you too in the past?

My first thought would be that your EQ is suffering so much and that is where the loss I size is coming from, also the weight gain could also contribute to loss of size. I would say change your diet so you re eating healthier, get some exercise and start PE again even if its only stretches and jelqs in the shower. Something is better than nothing.

If the loss is in BP length then that is troubling. Is it possible that it is being caused by stress from working 10 hours a day and your EQ is suffering? Ironhead has a good suggestion. Good luck.

Age + stress + sedentary life style could do it.

If you have decent medical coverage get blood work done next check up just to be on the safe side. 10 hours a day in the office? Every 2 hours invest 10 minutes in basic stretches and pushups/situps.

If you’re worried about your wife finding out about PE this may be a good opportunity to express your concerns to her and tell her you’ve read online about a few exercises you can do to help prevent eventually needing pills to be able to get an erection. I realize that may not be 100% factual at this point in your life, but I’m just pointing out that if she’s unaware, which I’m assuming from your first sentence she is, this just be a good opportunity to both tell her and allow you to do your exercises without having to hide as much.. Which makes it much easier to stay committed to. When I finally decided to let me wife know about PE I made a similar argument and she is mostly fine with it. It still seems weird to her, but I just looked at her and asked her if she would really wanting me taking those medicines with all those side effects.

Aside from that iamaru is dead on right. You invest 10 hours a day in your job, it may be time to start finding 30 minutes a day to invest in your health. You surely do what you have to do to keep your job, so look at it this way - You will be more valuable as an employee with better health, especially in the long run. If that’s what you have to tell yourself to get on an exercise routine then by all means do it.

I would say if you’ve gained weight and added the stress of an office job (stress of work plus sitting around all day is bad for overall health), then do as people have said above. When your overall health is in good order, it is much easier to have a healthy sex life and better EQ. Its just like any machine. If it is well “oiled” it will perform better, especially as it gets older. And I agree with the above further when saying the loss is probably due to weight gain (fat pad) and diminishing EQ. To be safe, do as iamaru says and check yourself, though. You can never be too careful with your own health when drastic changes occur to your body.

Spend 30mins a day doing exercise, beit pushups/situps or joining a fitness club/gym. You will find it will help alleviate the stress from the job and you will drop that extra 7kg you have put on.

Also I think you will find an increase in your EQ.

Does your wife like sex? Has she tried weening you off of sex?Does she like your income?An unhealthy dick is a sign of bigger issues. And shrinkage in my opinion is from lack of use and EQ problems are a sign of something else.Just my thoughts. The good news is you can get it all back plus some and feel better sexually now than when you were 20. Wish you the best.

I was 6 1/4” when I was young. I shrank to below 5” about a year ago when I was 65. My EQ had deteriorated and I was not very fit. I started basic PE (intermittent casual jelqing and stretching and recovered to about 5 1/4”. I then got serious. I bought an extender about 9 months ago, and discovered Thunders in searching how to get the best out of it. I also improved my cardiac exercise and lost about 12kg (26 lb). 9 months later I am now about 6.4” (16cms), have better EQ and feel healthier. The wife is also happier. I started PE to recover my losses and am now moving to my next goal which is to get to 7” while trying to get even better EQ. My EQ is not what it was when I was young but I suppose that is to be expected. My girth never shrank but I believe it is now larger than in my youth but cannot be sure as I never measured it back then. It is now over 5” helped by dynamic pumping.
