We improve this system by weakening resistance (physiology) and optimizing blood flow characteristics, in doing this we optimize size. If you examine any flow dynamic system you will see that you can improve your pumps capacity by simply enlarging pipes or reducing the resistance of the pipes to expansion. It has nothing to do with holding something in a static position to promote new growth or cellular mutations (lengthening).

There was a simpler time in PE when the overall concensus dictated jelq styles and hanging, it was pretty straightforward and it worked, I am a testament to that process. In the evolution of PE many things have become muddled and there are many things that people do that are, in my thinking, useless. Turtling and ADS’s are on top of that list, I have never worried about either and my penis is quite large. They just have some “boutique” acceptance that makes no sense. In an effort to get to the top of the mountain the fastest we have devised and manufactured a multitude of “golf aids” that have nothing to do with improving your swing, but its your penis, so damn the torpedoes.


ADS has sped up my gains quite a bit in very little time so I beg to differ. :P

I think sex and/or masturbating with proper technique will often result in a plump bigger cock, similar to that after jelqing but don’t forget: every dick needs his rest (some just a little some more) so there are times when it is the best to leave it alone. Watching the PI-s taught me to get more sensible to the responses my penis gives to me. For me they weren’t that obvious and I needed time to learn it, but there are others who already have good connection to their member. This seems like a great answer and the conclusion backs up what I already thought but you just explained it perfectly. I totally agree with that ”Your penis can shrivel up to be the size of a small thimble; mine does, it has no detrimental effect on my 8” erection”. If you increase your flaccid it would just make you a shower instead of a grower.

I do however think people looking to gain flaccid length can benefit from wearing an ADS though and if they have really weak ligaments that are easily stretched some erect length too but that would be in the beginning of their PE career not after heavy hanging which should be far more effective.

I disagree with this part of your explanation. What you talk about is optimizing an erection, not enlarging the penis. Most of us are not trying to optimize blood flow to the penis, this is already maximized with a full erection. However, there is plenty of evidence suggesting that static or dynamic stress on tissue can result in cell division and tissue growth. This is the only way for true penile enlargement to take place - otherwise its all in our imaginations.

I don’t know if an ADS is worthless, but i plan on getting a vac ads for hanging sometime in the near future to find out.

If your getting regular love and unselfish sex acts from the wife, its going to hang longer on average. I don’t think its going to take 5 times per day, but I’d say one or two times per day it probably will stay that big - and if you do this for years… Its going to be as heavy and floppy as it can be. It really helps if you are getting that type of attraction from the ladies.

You are not understanding the dynamics involved, I am talking about realizing your full erectile potential and maximizing the exposure of your inner penis. You can have erections of all different sizes, it just depends on when your blood inlets/valves shut down, this is not always an optimal erection. Whether you know it or not, the exercises we do are all about optimizing blood flow, it is the blood that makes the difference. It is analogous to the water balloon, the volume of water in the balloon determines the amount of fun we can derive from the activity. It has very little to do with tissue growth.

We need to expose the inner penis, pumps are the perfect example. The pump provides a vacuum that exposes greater inner penis and improved blood flow, PE is designed to improve our erectile pressure system and ultimate efficiency. I do not believe the ADS is worthless, it is just poor technique, this site in its evolution is filled with poor technique (Just look at the guy that wraps his balls in tin foil.) When you can perform X and Y to get a large penis, why would you perform the entire alphabet. The problem is that the penis is relatively small and just about anything you do will have an effect, but why wrap your penis for many hours when one hour will do. (Most people do it to stop turtling but this is an absurd notion, it is analogous to walking around all day with a barbell in your hand to get large biceps. It will improve your biceps but it is completely unnecessary.)

Interesting points KK. I think the abundance of PE strategies that exist is related to the fact that what works for some won’t work for others. Some swear strictly by jelqing and stretching. Others say they never saw gains until they started hanging. Still, others say pumping is the way to go. I think ADS is relatively new in the PE world and many vets seem to think that some of these relatively new strategies - ADS, heat, etc may have helped them to expedite or realize greater gains.

Or maybe we are just over complicating things. Why don’t you post your stats and routine?

Improve bicep! Great! And how is that useless?

Also as somewhat established the penis is not a muscle. I fail to see how your analogue is analogous to my penis turtling.

When you use your muscles in a strength training-type manner they actually do the opposite to the penis, and swell with blood, which retracts/turtles. Also since we’re dealing with multiple systems in the penis, I DO see the point in targeting it in different ways.

You want to lengthen/stretch the ligs.

You want to improve muscularity/blood flow.

You want to expand/stretch the tunica-associated tissues.

You want to increase the ability of the sponge-like tissue to sponge and swell.

All of these things are desired, and since people seem to react differently to the different exercises, I think it’s a bit presumptuous of you to suggest that ‘this site in it’s evolution’ is filled with poor techniques.

You can have different size erections within a range. A newbie will go to the maximum after optimizing his blood flow and he will see newbie gains. But what comes after he optimized his blood flow?

Blood carrying tissue comes in many different varieties from small capillaries to robust veins, some physiology transforms more easily than others and therein lies the time commitment. You can always be optimizing the system for a lifetime; of course, there is always the point of seriously diminishing gains.

So you basically say we make our veins bigger in mass and the penis acommodates to the force given from more blood flow? What exercise is good for the valves to properly shut in your opinion?

Sorry, but i still disagree. When i have a rock hard erection, I am at maximum pressure that the tissue can withstand. It is physically and physiologically impossible for any more blood to be forced into the penis without damaging it. Most people don’t have very many issues with getting blood to flow to the penis. Sure the veins and arteries grow with PE, but growth of the maximum size of your erection must result from tissue growth. Otherwise, its still an issue of erection quality.

Well, your thinking is wrong, I guess you have never experienced a penis pump. Why would it be that your “rock hard erection” is one size under normal conditions and twice as large under a vacuum? I guess your saying that would be instantaneous tissue growth, you need to have a better understanding of the erection.

Your exercises need to emphasize expansion of your chambers (jelq techniques) and weakening connective tissue of the penis (hanging or stretching). In so doing you will improve the erectile pressure pump’s ability to fill higher volumes of blood. Think of it in terms of the balloon analogy, if you stretch the rubber of your balloon in all directions you will make it much easier to inflate under lower pressures. The child cannot blow-up the new balloon due to not exerting enough pressure; if the balloon is weakened the same child with the same pressure will be able to inflate the balloon. You have to dial in your techniques to do only that which improves the pump.
