Popularity of PE - where will it be in 10 years - will everyone be 10inches?

I agree! I seriously considered taking flower arranging classes instead of playing football on Saturdays to get more in touch with my feminine side. The guys on the team were very supportive …. all except Bruiser. He had his own ideas on how I should get in touch with my feminine side (don’t ever drop the soap in the showers after the game when he’s around!). Since then, I’ve decided that I no longer want to get in touch with my feminine side - it’s too much of a pain in the ass! :chuckle:

I don’t think that PE will ever significantly influence mainstream statistics because, for most guys, PE is too much like hard work!

I don’t think it is a hard work or dedication thing at all for most folks. Quite possible that a great deal of the non-PEing folks are just quite happy with their dicks as they are. Some folks don’t see a great need for exercise of any type or even a healthy diet. Peeling paint doesn’t irritate some into grabbing a paintbrush and for me, fuck yeah the grass could be an inch or five higher without causing distress. Pick-up’s fine, don’t need 300 hp under the hood…though it would be fun at times and I might reconsider. However, I do happen to want a bigger dick, some guys really don’t. Just different priorities and a question of how much one actually gives a shit about and wants something. Even if it were easy, I don’t believe that many more folks would be participating. If one is not concerned with something, TWO WEEKS would be next to impossible to stay on a program. That same person may hit the gym 3x week, spend dedicated months on a restoration hobbie, and think we’re all silly for tuggin’ on our dicks. Just the way things are…maybe. groa

Newbie here, offering his voice of inexperience.

The point I think plenty of people are overlooking is that even amongst the most determined PE-ites, how many are truly going to want to reach monstrously ridiculous lengths? While body-building to ‘the max’ has pretty obvious practical advantages, not even the most ardent PEople have to have limits. The obvious corollary is not so much “will everyone have 10 inches” but “will some people have more than 10 inches”.

But that’s just my opinion, I could very well be an idiot.

Ah yes but, then again we have the “wackos” over on monsternuts.com who inject their penises and ball sacks with silicone and get to just rediculous and I’m sure some of them (take “Master E” the sites’ founder and creator of the monstertube for example) UNUSABLE sizes. It’s similar to women who get these ridiculously sized breast implants….there’s no practical “need” for them but, they got them for some reason right? Again I honestly dont care what every other guy may or may not do with his body/penis. I’m in this for myself. That’s why after over two years, I have not quit yet, I haven’t reached MY goals. I sometimes have a problem staying focused on things as well. It is of course, intriguing to find what motivates others.

Very interesting post! Though I don’t think the average size will increase dramatically, I do think that PE will become more commonplace among men.

Screws loose? Maybe. But there are quite a few people (myself included) who actually enjoy PE and the workouts. The potential result far outweighs the cost (work & dedication) involved. The reason it will become more popular is potentially not only due to men wanting a bigger penis. Other, more immediate benefits like increased libido, stronger erections, more staying power and intensified orgasms were enough to get me hooked from the start. These (bonus benefits) likely will help gain exposure for PE.

Perhaps even Nike will come out with a new line of products.

I dont think the weight club issue pertains very much at all to PE. I used to weight lift and work out about three times a week last year before summer started. What did it really give me? NOTHING. I was a little more likely to take off my shirt right away at the beach, and got a few comments that my stomach was “a little more defined”. Maybe a little healthier. But nothing groundbreaking.

What does a bigger dick do for you? WHERE TO START? Even if you were already average or so, it still has a lot more utilities and advantages.

Right now, a lot of PE information is misguided by idiots like dr. drew on loveline. I once thought I’d spring it on my three friends about jelqing and they almost kicked the shit out of me saying how dr. drew stated it was impossible to achieve a permanent increase. But once it hits the big time with legitimate backing, I think it would at least attract a big handful of people, particularly in my age group of around 16-25.

That comment has proven the point made by others. You lifted weights. Many have. You didn’t see much gain, and so you stopped (I assume) As others.

Weights are hard work. Time consuming, too. Just like PE. I think the comparision is very good. Perhaps 75% of guys try PE at some stage. How many will actually stick at it? And just like weight training( or body building which is actually quite different) different guys have different potential. Fuck, I’m hanging 20lbs off my dick for three hours at a stretch at times, and I tell you those gains are hard fuckers to get for me.

So as said many time before. Pe will become more widespread. But it takes work and 99.9% of the population just haven’t got what it takes (or simply not interested/currently happy) for PE.

And thats not taking into account the opportunity costs of time etc.

I’m actually surprised that with the number of folks we have on this board from countries other rhan the USA, this is the first info folks really got on PE. From the internet, nonetheless. I stated before that this is not really a new thing, in fact the concept of PE has been in Europe for several decades at least. I do recall in my youth seeing an article in Penthouse or Playboy on PE. Wasn’t detailed info, but it had to do with manual techniques, was expensive, and required a travel type of retreat thing. Kinda like a “couples clinic” that they teach folks PE, general sexual health, and probably alot of other shit. I wouldn’t doubt if it were jelqing that they were referring to, though I recall their description of results was a bit more realistic. I threw the name Penetone at A. Belmont of BP long ago, but he did not seem to recognize the name. That surprised me, but who really knows who your speaking to on the internet…he could be 17 and know nothing but the internet site he worked for (ran and owned?). Considering that the internet has made this stuff a bit more widespread, it has definatley gained popularity and gotten exposure. However, I still don’t think the interest level is high enough in the general population to really make much more difference. Hell, this stuff has been around a long fuckin’ time and there really doesn’t seem to be more than anectdotal evidence with a few exceptions. Just not the kind of stuff folks take pictures of and post frequently. Definatley not alot of clinical verification and study in this area if any at all, therefore destined to be a cult-like gathering. Kinda nice that way. groa

There will surely be a larger number of larger dicks as PE catches on but there is no way this will become a world-wide hobby where everybody has a big unit. In spite of the fact that most men do want one, the percentage of men willing to stick to a regular program for a year or more is small.

I’ve belonged to gyms/work-out clubs for years. For every ten who join with great enthusiasm, well more than half drop out rather quickly. Then it’s the same old crowd of us (always, of course, with some new faces) plugging away at trying to stay trim or toned or bulked up.

I’ve said often that PE is not a contest, and it shouldn’t be. Ideally we’re doing this to boost our personal senses of well-being and/or to get the sexual bennies of improved function. But there will always be - in my head, too, no matter how big I get - the “look at the size of that sucker!” syndrome when something truly awesome pees at the urinal next to me or swings down the locker room aisle.

I think that if everybody knew about PE, it would break down like this:

80% won’t even try it due to laziness, apathy, disbelief, etc.
15% will try for a little while and then give up.

So we’re looking at only 5% of people who would even give it an honest shot.

2%, for whatever reason, just can’t gain much to speak of.
2.7% will stick with it, gain whatever they gain and then quit.
.3% will stick it out long enough to get huge.

I know some people have said that health clubs are more popular than ever, but keep in mind that there have never been this many people on Earth before. At least in the US, we, as a whole, have never been fatter than we are right now. Also, some people go there to hook up, not to work out.

Well I guess that puts me in the .3% range. At least I have not given up and in the last 1 1/2 years I have seen a solid 1 inch gain in length and over 1/2 inch gain in girth.
That said though it has been a dedication in time, a lot of time, to get where I am. I have used Bib’s hanger and got a little length in 6 months but found my most gains when I stopped hanging and started jelqing and stretching again. Varying the routines seems to help with my increases.

On the gym note, I started a personal workout using only dumb bells at home in october 2001 and started using “Dances” diet ideas and have lost 30 lbs and started to put on some upper mass. Not a hell of a lot, but enough that people do now notice the changes in my bod and I have gotten a number of complements. Enough so that Yesterday I invested 500 dollars in better gym equipment for home. I now see this as a long term investment, the same as PE must be a long term investment.

As for my reasons, yes I’m like “avocet8”…”look at the size of that sucker!” syndrome. Instead of hiding my unit, I am no longer embarrased when taking a pee. Likewise when I take my shirt off I now have some pecks to show, not just a beer gut as before.

Unless I’m wrong though, I think that in 10 years from now the average size will only increase by a 1/10 of an inch. Most people will dream of a bigger unit, but most people are too lazy to do anything about it.

The first hurdle: general acceptance that there are non-surgical methods that any guy can follow that will almost certainly effect a permanent increase in his penis size.

Three months ago I was in the mainstream believing that except for surgery (which has its drawbacks) permanent penis enlargement was impossible. Sure, there are people trying to make money selling pumps and pills and would like you to think otherwise. I was not to be bothered by the hustlers trying to sell me voodoo, so I never investigated the idea. Then net surfing, stumbled on this jelq thing and soon found Thunders Place.

Now I’ve seen the light. I’m two months into a jelq and squeeze program, and while I cannot claim that my modest gains so far are permanent until say, a year from now, I am convinced of the reality that the guys on this forum all know. Yes you can.

And with the internet, the truth will sooner or later become generally accepted. And when that happens…I don’t think the average penis size will change. There still won’t be enough dedicated guys to raise the norm.

However, there will be a lot of guys who will benefit, and realize some improvements. Guys will know that they’re not stuck with what they’ve got, and if they really want, they can make a change.

And there will be a dedicated few who because of years of determination and their body’s positive response, will raise the bar, just as the bar has been raised in all areas of athletic endeavor with world records being shattered by those who give their lives to training. We will see some huge gainers and some incredible cocks.

Tissue engineers grow penis in the lab

In a remarkable feat of tissue engineering, major parts of the penises of several rabbits have been replaced with segments grown in a lab from their own cells. The animals were able to use the reconstructed organs to mate.

The next step is to try to recreate the entire organ from scratch. The technique could make it possible to reconstruct the penises of men who have suffered injuries or those of children born with genital abnormalities. “If you have a child born with ambiguous genitalia, it’s a life-changing event,” says Anthony Atala of Harvard Medical School, whose team carried out the work.

It could also provide an alternative to the crude methods currently used to enlarge the organ, such as injecting fat cells or cutting the penis’s suspensory ligament and “pulling out” more of the internal part. Instead, a patient would have penile cells removed by a doctor and, a few weeks later, the organ or parts of it grown using the cells could be surgically implanted.

There is no way it will become mainstream. *crosses fingers*
