Hey everybody. Just thought I will tell you that yesterday after a workout (body), I decided to do manual stretches. I usually do the squat pull, so I was by myself and stretch my legs to the side (split), so I pulled it to the left and felf a pop on the left side, and the I pulled it to the right and it popped on the right side. I felt like alot of tension was release. I usually get a pop when stretching downward but this felt extemely good. Just thought I would tell you guys.
