Poll Have you ever had blood come from PE Exercises

Just wanted to do a quick poll. If you had blood come from a scratch on the outer skin do not count this on the poll.

I’m under the impression that it really doesn’t happen to people much and they would be worried. I’ve heard of people having blood on there hangers before though so I assume it must happen from time to time. Just to be clear though the blood for me came out of the urethra, when I let go of the dick up to 5 drops came out without any pain.

I’ve had a few blood related instances lately. Well overall I’ve only had 2 from PE. Tonight whilst just doing some upward stretching, quite intensely I had a little come out. It wasn’t pouring, just 4 drops. I had a piss afterwards and everything seemed fine. Strangely it didn’t even hurt when the blood came, or at all for that matter. I’m taking the weekend off to rest in any case.

I have a tendency to squeeze the bell end when stretching though for more grip. Perhaps this is what caused it. Or earlier I was doing some belt hanging, the first time a few months back when I started this exercise I had a little blood come too. Hanging With A Karate Belt The exercise basically consists of lifting your dick up with a belt across the shaft and the belt has weights on. The way I’m performing it doesn’t really impact on the ligaments. I think it’s just tunica growth. But I did notice if I put it to close to the start of my shaft it can hurt a little, and I did that earlier so perhaps that has brought the blood injury on. There was a good hour rest between the belt hanging and the upwards stretching though.

I think it’s inevitable if you’re a hardcore PE’er even when being quite safe, chasing big gains you may get a little blood. I gaining well so possibly it’s just hard for my dick to recover quick enough from all the stress I’m putting on it.

So yes would appreciate people answering the poll and if you have had any blood just give a few details of how it happened.

I’ve done some hardcore PE before, and thankfully I’ve never had any blood leak out from my dick. The closest thing to that I got was the discoloration from clamping but then it went away after a couple months of no PE. I think I also got a thrombosed vein from Horse440’s but that went away after much rest too. No blood leak though…

Blood spots on the head is one thing. I think people get them from jeqing too intensely or hanging with excessive blood trapped in the glans. But drops of blood from your urethra sounds more serious. Fortunately you did not sustain injury but if I were you I would consider it a warning shot. I think you need to scale back the intensity of some of your exercises.

It happened once when I did a very intense workout without warming up.

I took a week off and started the newbie routine. Got blood again after just a few jelq’s, AND my urethra started itching.

At this point I freaked out and went and got a bunch of STD tests and stuff. All negative.

So I took like 10 weeks off to make sure it was good and healed and started again really slowly. It was fine for a while then one day I noticed that there was a tiny bit of blood in my pre-cum after my exercises. I took a week off and started slow again, and have not seen any blood since.

I don’t think it is super serious, but you may have over trained or not warmed up enough or something. I would say take a good chunk of time off to make sure you heal and then start up again.

Audacia, don’t get this the wrong way, but of all the active posters here on Thunder’s, I like your methods and approach to PE the least.

It doesn’t matter if you’re gaining a lot and fast, but you’re doing too much very intensive and very dangerous work and I’m under the impression that you’re not even remotely as careful as you should be when it comes to one and only penis that you’ve been given.

I mean, who in their right mind would do PE with blood coming out of their penis frequently? If that ever happens to me I’ll stop for at least 3-4 weeks.

Remember: WITH PROPER PE THERE SHOULD NEVER BE ANY BLOOD, PERIOD. No way to justify it.

I disagree. I can’t see any benefical connection between blood out of your penis and gains. And I have some doubts that something like ‘hardcore PEer’ is a good concept per se.

About this poll, I find it a bit vague. Blood from the inside of your penis, from peeling/scratches, both…what are you meaning?

Don’t take this wrong Audy, as Upto7 said we are just trying to help you out. I think you are both overthinking and overdoing things. Too advanced things too early will just hinder future gains, while ‘experimental’ techniques by definition have an uncertain outcome. You should wait to have at least 2-3 years of consistent, meat and potatoes PE on your shoulders before trying experiments IMO.

Yes I. Have twice! Both times were after clamping. There was blood in my urine. The second time I pissed out a blood clot. Needless to say I’ve changed how I clamp.

On the first line of the post I explain, just answer the poll if the blood comes from the urethra, I’d hope people would read before just clicking about.

And I just meant, if you’re trying techniques that aren’t generally practiced then there are risks involved. But with risks the returns can be greater. I’m not a complete idiot, just a slight risk taker, I won’t do repeat things in the exact same way if I don’t get results from them. When things like blood happen, I just alter my technique or add things into the equation so hopefully it won’t happen again.

I am careful and quite safe, I’ve become less so over time because I know my limits. I don’t want to be one of those people working slowly doing everything by the book only to yield 1mm gains per a year or something silly. I’ve found things that work for me so will stick with them and alter them slightly as and when I need too.

Obviously according to the poll, some people do experience blood. Someone even commented it happened when doing something as normal as stretching. If blood were to occur frequently I’d remove the exercise causing it and take a short rest from PE. But if it happens every few months, and it’s just a few drops, I see that as no big problem.

Dude you should post a picture of wood for us all to touch when you post shit like this. I’m going to find some right now.
