KO let me start with I am a total newbee.
I started PE about a month and a half ago. At that time I didn’t know how to measure my penis. So there is no reliable measurement to start with. I do however know that I have had some rather spectacular gains in size and girth since I figured out how to measure.
Started @ 6.25 BPE 5.5 Now @ 7.04 BPE 5.75
Now that I have finally figured out the LOT concept I have come to the conclusion that, there is not a lot more for me to gain by BTC hanging at this time. I think my time would be better spent on other hanging procedures.
I started w/ small weights and rapidly moved to 17lbs. , At that point I found that fatigue set in after three twenty-minute sets, I work at PE every morning except weekends. (The bird is home). Also work every other day w/ sets in the PM. Have done some jel work but mostly hang for my PE workouts.
This stuff is great it works for me and I am much happier than I was two months ago.
As I understand the LOT theory I would say that my perceived LOT is about 9:00 w/ absolutely nothing at 6:00. The tug is noticeably less at 9:00 than at 11:00

If your LOT is 9:00, you should still have some gains to come from lig stretch at the lower angles, especially BTC. You might stick with that.

I think I have the fatigue thing down now. At first I thought I was there with small weights and short sets. But as time went on I found that I was getting much better gain w/ more weight. Sometimes I get to the point were I can’t finish a set, just too extreme. Have had a little bit of problem w/ fluid build up but got that straightened out with proper wrap and making a hanger similar to the ones you market.
Is there a point were you should quit for say two or three months and then go back to a strenuous routing? The idea here is to let everything relax and soften, up so to speak.
How much time should I stay with my routine in order to cement my gains? I am religious about my workouts and have had some nice gains (to my mind.) At this point I do not want to loose the work I have put in.
Just noted my LOT this morning at 7:00. I have a real strong pull at 8:00. Guess I’m not going to be getting any easy gains :(
I’ve been in PE for about 3 months, no gains yet….. ~6.25EL/ 5.6EG…Hopefully I won’t be stuck in the under 7” crowd for the rest of my life…..

There are several good threads in this section concerning extended breaks and their benefits. I never had to do this, but I believe there is merit in it, especially for hard gainers. There is no doubt that with time off, your tissues will ‘atrophy’, and return to prePE normalcy.

At least a month or two. You really will not know till you begin your break. However, if they are not cemented, they will quickly return upon re-starting.

Any exercise, generally hanging or stretching at the upper angles, that provides stresses to the tunica, should cause the entire tunica, both inner and outer to become longer. As the inner tunica stretches/grows, it should raise your LOT. Then you can work on lig stretch.
Well as for me, i started to lose my tug back feeling starting from 0800, 0600 feels nothing at all but sensation of blood flow and slight pain around my base to balls if i pull it. So which sort of exercise or direction should i concentrate during the stretches? Here’s my exercise : 5-10 min Hot Wrap 5 min Power Stretch [ Kegels ] 5 min DLD Stretch [ Reverse kegels ] 5-10 min Towel Raise for 5 times, 20s each 10-15 min Jelqs 5-10 min Fowfer or Testicles massage 5 min Hot Shower
So is there any of the exercise i should spend more time on, or change it to others, or any exercise should i add in my routines ? Thanks for the feedback Frnkmx
