Manual stretches, a little jelking, some pumping, also light hanging 14oz-32oz for a hour at a time 3-4 times a day (( I got a bib-starter only used once so far this time back)). I wanted to do light stuff first before heavier

~Bib, so what do you think, please give me some insight. The reason I stopped other two times I gained a .125 then stopped growing so I stopped, then lost small gains and so on. I don’t plan on stopping this time but I also don’t want to spend my wheels.

You have some potential for gains from lig stretching. Hit the lower angles for a while and continue to check your LOT. When it gets down to 7:00 or so, switch to the upper angles stressing the tunica.


Is this test still going on?

If so, I’d like to try the LOT theory out.


The LOT experiment is over, but in my opinion, you should still determine your LOT before you build your routine.

My LOT fluctuates between 7:30 & 7.
And my routine for the past couple of weeks has been nothing but hanging BTC, but after reading thru this LOT theory, I started experimenting with SO hanging.
I’ve been reading thru these LOT pages trying to figure out a routine for a 7:30-7 LOT.

Oh well.


For an LOT of 7-7:30 you should be hanging at the upper angles, SO, OTS, OTL. You can also do fulcrum hanging.
