LOT - 9:30 (although I can still actually see the kegel effecting my penis till 6:00 - meaning, I can see the base swell slightly with each kegel, but I cannot feel any tug back)

Dimensions - 7” BPEL, 5.75” EG - mid shaft

Time in - gees, at least a couple years, but it has been half-assed much of the time and with long breaks with no PE. Sometimes I think I should put the time at zero.

Gains - .5” BPEL, .25” EG - mid shaft

E Angle - 11:00

Methods - you name it, I’ve tried it. Never given anything the consistent effort to really test it.

After this… when I really think about it… I really think I am a piece of shit PE’er!!!! :-)

Currently having difficulty in getting gains - can’t get fatigued at 17 pound hanging weight due to purpling of head after only 2 sets. Hang 100% over the edge of a chair while surfing during lunch hour at home. Can’t hang any other time due to kids. Maybe I should go at a lower weight with BTC?

You might be trying to hang for too many minutes too early in the session. When it becomes uncomfortable, or too discolored, end the set. This might happen for a couple sets, and then you might be able to do 20 minutes.

I always had to use less weight at the BTC angles. With an LOT of 10:00, you should go with as much BTC as possible.

Hey Bib,

I just wanted to drop you a line. In my PE I have been really devoting alot of time to Tunica Stretching. I have been using the DLDs and modified DLD A stretches and OTS hanging while in the office chair. I have totally dropped BTC hanging for now. The chair I have is a reclining office chair. When I am doing the OTS hanging in the chair I have been ‘rocking’ back and forth to try ‘punctuated tension’. Well the results are in, I had a gain in FBPSL of almost 1/4 inch since the time you started this study. I really haven’t measured BPEL because I believe you can tell if you are making progress by checking FBPSL. This way erection levels don’t come into play. This is the first measurable gain I have had in FBPSL in almost 12 to 13 months. And to be honest I really haven’t logged as much time as I did when I was concentrating on BTC hanging. Since I work from home I am really going to try to put in 3-4 hours a day of OTS hanging. I hope to see some gains by summer.

PE’d over 7 of the past 14 months, mainly btc hanging (currently at 16.5 pounds). Explains my low LOT.
Currently 7 1/2 (19cm) ebpl. Gained a little over 1/2 an inch (1.5cm to be exact).

I’m a big believer in this. I’ve TOTALLY missed this thread and all the fuss surrounding it, but had been thinking about angles a lot lately and had come to the conclusion recently that I’ve got to work the tunica.
Why? I hang 30 mins to an hour in the morn and started doing a variation of dual fulcrums with dlds for 20-30 mins a couple of nights a week. I gained .2 cm over that small two week period of fairly light tunica work (while not really getting the reverse kegel right). Then I went back to BTC hanging with dlds and saw no gains for the next 3 weeks, and had some great long sessions too.

I’m going to go all out on the tunica over the shoulder starting in two weeks when the wife goes back to work. Will restart dual fulcrums with dlds now.

I think I’ll go sign up - will be interesting to see if my LOT increases with a tunica only program.

I’ve been hanging with the bib hanger for about a month BTC while doing DLD Blasters and have had a 1/4 inch increase in EBPL. My erect length is now 6 1/2 x 5 1/2. My erection angle is 10:00. When I’m sitting, I lose LOT between 8 and 9 o’clock. However when I’m standing, I don’t lose LOT until close to 6 o’clock. Should I go by the sitting or the standing measurement? If I go by standing measurement, should I continue BTC to see if I get any gains, or should I just go straight for the OTC hang? Does it still qualify as OTC if I lay back on a bench while hanging over the edge of the bench?

Also, I have a power jelquer, but haven’t jelqued since I read your post about not trying for girth until you get the length gains. Is this a good idea, or should I continue jelquing?

PE techniques: Power Jelq, DLD Bends, Head Squeezes, PC work

Not sure if this is relevant to the study, but I haven’t done any exercises that directly affect length in the last two months. Most of my length gains were in my first three months of PE; all my girth gains were in the last two months.

Hmmm. This might be a case of pelvic tilt. The clock reading of LOT should be based on the pelvis. 12:00 is straight up by the pubic bone. Probably the most accurate would be standing. What you are trying to measure is the impact of the ligs, or the point where the ligs take the stretch rather than the inner tunica. There is a tremendous difference between 9:00 and 6:00. Try a few more times.

If your ligs are really that long, to give an LOT of 6:00, there will not be too much benefit from more lig stretch. Go for the upper angles.

I don’t know what OTC is.

You should at least lightly jelq to improve and restore circulation. I still do a couple times per week.

Go for mainly tunica work. Upper angle hanging or stretching and DLD twists.

Sorry for not being clear. By OTC I meant over the edge of a chair. Maybe I should have used SO to mean straight out? Anyway, instead of a chair I’ve used a bench, and leaned back to feel the stretch a bit more. Is this angle useful for tunica work?

Regarding sitting versus standing, I thought one difference may be that when standing the hips and thighs are flexed and that may play a factor in the strength of the tug, but while sitting the ligaments are more isolated. What do you think?

The further you lean back, the more likely you will be hitting the ligs. If you have gained 1/4 inch in a month of BTC, do not change. It tends to show the 8-9:00 value for LOT is probably right. You can check your LOT again, but as long as you are getting gains, keep with the ligs work.

I don’t see how. It may be easier to recognize the cutoff when sitting, with everything relaxed, but it should not make a great amount of difference. My cutoff is rather sharp. Really no doubt about when I have loss of tugback. There may be a small amount of angle where both the tunica and ligs take some of the stretch, but when the ligs take all the stretch, you should not see any tugback. It should be pretty obvious.

A quick question. You know of my lack of success with the BTC hanging. Like I mentioned a while back I have gained about 1/4 inch in FBSL since you began this study. Today for a couple of sets I was doing OTS in the chair for 10 minutes and then BTC for 10 minutes. Now BTC hanging is beginning to feel different. I feel it way up in the base on penis. I am even able to feel fatigue in BTC sessions. Do you think it is possible that my prior attempts at BTC hanging were fruitless because the Ligs and The Tunica were splitting the weight to evenly? This could have made it very hard for me to fatigue anything at the weights I was hanging because I never was able to isolate the ligs. I actually have my fingers crossed that this is the case. I remember a while back someone’s theory that maybe this could end a ‘see-saw’ battle between the tunica and ligs. I don’t remember who it was, but maybe there is merit to this.
