Tell me what you think about my routine that I’ve been doing for the past 4 weeks. So far I haven’t gained, but I’m in it for the long haul. I think this routine is will give me enough rest for my penis to recuperate.
I’m currently at 6.75nbp, 8bp, 5.5 girth. I’d like to get up to 8nbp. I mostly want length!

Week 1: Monday-Friday, weekends off
30 minutes: 80-100% erect stretching
5 mintues wet jelqing (stretch for 20 seconds after every 10 jelqs)
10 minutes Power jelq device (lasts 4 seconds for each stroke)
10 mintues wet jelqing (stretch for 20 seconds after every 10 jelqs)
10 minutes take a warm shower
30 minutes flaccid stretching (all directions for 1 minutes each)

Week 2: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (every other day schedule)
30 minutes: 80-100% erect stretching
5 mintues wet jelqing (stretch for 20 seconds after every 10 jelqs)
20 minutes Power jelq device (last 4 seconds for each stroke)
5 mintues wet jelqing (stretch for 20 seconds after every 10 jelqs)
10 minutes take a warm shower
30 minutes flaccid stretching (all directions for 1 minutes each)

Back to Week1
Then Back to Week2
Let me know if you’d change something from this routine.

Erect stretching? Stretching in the middle of jelqing? Frankly, I don’t get it. Erect stretching is just so much more dangerous than flaccid and if you stop jelqing to stretch after every 10th jelq, you lose the benefit of building pressure, what really makes jelqing work.

I’ve read in another forum that this guy believes that if you stretch after 10 jelqs it expands the chambers and let’s more blood go in..very beneficial for length. As for erect stretching, I believe it’s good for stretching the ligs at a erect state. I do some tug of wars. I get temporary gains from doing these.

Yes, indeed. I still have my thrombosed vein from last fall. It hasn’t subsided yet, but I’m not going to let that injury get in the way of my goal. I’ve already taken a couple months off and it hasn’t helped at all.

Correct. Erect stretching doesn’t aggravate my thrombosed veins as much as flaccid stretching.

Thanks Thunder, I have plenty of hands on experience doing these. I know when not to pull too hard.

I’m just curious if you’ve made any gains. I remember some time ago, in your sig, you indicated that you’d PE’d for a long time with zero gains. Have you made any gains yet?

With at least 25-30 minutes of jelqs daily, and well over an hour’s worth of stretching, it seems to me that you’re subjecting your unit to some serious abuse. To justify all that time, I hope you’re making some damn good gains.

just be careful. That’s something you don’t wanna fuck with. Thrombosed veins are a bitch to heal and sometimes cause more harm if you don’t let them heal correctly.

I’ve heard and engaged in erect jelquing and must say got some good results, especially when I combined it with infrared heat, but be careful when it comes to erect stretching, dude.

I might have gained some bp length over the past 6 months, but nothing to be crazy about. I’m not too fond of bp, because a woman would never see that. I’m still stuck at my original nbp measurement which is 6.75. I’m a believer in good rest for your penis to heal. That is why I alternate week 1 from 5 on 2 off, with week 2 every other day. I don’t do erect jelqing, because it’s not beneficial for growth. I usally jelq from 50%-75% erection with 10 second stretches every 10 reps. This will expand the cc. I’ve been doing this for the past 4 weeks and I’m still waiting for growth, but it takes a long time for me because my LOT is very low at 6. So I am constantly stretching upwards to stretch the tunica.

Hey man, how are you? It’s good to see that you are still with the program. You say some BP gains are nothing to be crazy about, but I disagree there, because you are making progress. In PE you get spurts, you don’t wake up in the morning 2” bigger, you get 1/8” here, 1/4” there etc. The spurts come in order, so if it has to be that you must make BP gains before NBP then BP gains are definitely something to be very happy about. Personally I never got one without the other, and I can’t visualise how it could happen bar weight loss, yet many people have reported this.

SS4Jelq, I’m doing pretty good thanks. It’s good to know I have some friends here in the forum that remember me, even though I’m not a regular poster like you guys. I guess you’re right about the BP gains. Hopefully my NBP length will gain soon.
