I’m not sure if any of you remember me, but I have attempted to gain with PE 2 times and both times I have given up. I am ashamed of this. I’m sure some of you will ask if I really want my gains bad enough. I do, I really do. See my last PE attempt I went about 2 and a half solid months on the newbie routine and my measurements had not budged. I really want this but I am so weak when it comes discouragement that it makes PE hard. This time I am taking an oath to PE regularly for at least 8 months without stopping before I let discouragement get the best of me. I am also going to try to stop measuring as much as I did, and instead measure a month at a time.

What I’m really asking is for some moral support to help me make this third time a charm. Someone please cyber smack my stupid ass into changing my life once and for all. (maybe some similar success stories).

Overworking can show negative PI’s and hinter gain. 1 day on / 1 day off is my personal choice.

Like overworking, under working also will not give any growth. You have to make sure your penis should get significant pressures and stretches for good amount of time from exercises to promote growth.

Gain with stretching depends on both time per pull and force. Make sure they are both adequate. You should give at least 30 seconds for each stretch and force should be moderate yet adequate enough to exert substantial tension in tissues. Gradually Increase the time per pull to 2 minutes

While jelqing try to maintain 60% erection and increase it to 80% if no results occurs in a month. 3 seconds stroke is recommended. I personally prefer 5 seconds stroke.

Look forward to reading your thread in the progress forum. I post every week on a Sunday, more for myself than anything. I also keep a daily log on an excel spreadsheet with as much info as I need to keep progress, musings, further things to do in mind.

Also a third attempt shows persistence and not the attitude of a quitter.

Disciple, I know it can be hard to stay motivated, but hang on. Try to visualize having a dick of your dreams, it was helpful to me for motivation.

Make sure of these things.

1. That you aren’t overtraining. ( look at the threads RandomGiant linked to )

2. That you are performing the exercises correctly. I just learned the correct way to do a dry jelq about two months ago, and I’ve been PEing for 4 years.

3. Don’t measure too often. It can be discouraging. And I think being discouraged can’t help gains at all.
