Please rate my routine
I have been doing PE for some time now (8 months) and have had some gains. It would be a great help if someone experienced could take a look at my routine and tell me if there is anything I need to change.
During the day, I try to do 2x1h Penimaster stretching (1 hour in the mornings before school and then 1 more in the afternoon). In the evenings I do the following routine: 20 min jelq, 10 min clamping, 5 min jelq. I take two days of every week.
