Please help me putting together a very effective routine!
I want to start again with PE and want to put together the perfect routine.
For sure, everyone has its own “best” routine but there should be one which is best for most men!
The optimum would be a routine which eventually takes much time but not too much muscle force and attention (that means hanging instead of stretching) so that I can do things during my PE sessions.
Any guesses for the schedule???
