please critique my routine
Ok, here’s the deal. Ive been PEing for about 2 and half months now and have gained some. Currently, I am 5.75nbpX4.75. I started at 5.3nbpX4.5 and am going for 8nbpX6 (trying to live up to my username, haha). Here’s my routine
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, &Friday: Mornings=200-300 kegals a day, edging throughout the day,5 min hotwrap, 15 uli’s (30second hold), 200 jelqs, 10 manual stretches at different low angles (30second hold), 5 min hotwrap.
Evenings=15 uil’s (30second hold),200 jelqs, 15 V-stretches (10 second hold) while in bath tub, 5min hotwrap
I sometimes replace the Uli’s with Horse440s. I use a heating pad for hotwrap. My LOT is around 8. I dont PE on Wednesday, Saturday, or Sunday. Please give me anyway to improve my routine. thanks
