Ok, here’s the deal. Ive been PEing for about 2 and half months now and have gained some. Currently, I am 5.75nbpX4.75. I started at 5.3nbpX4.5 and am going for 8nbpX6 (trying to live up to my username, haha). Here’s my routine
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, &Friday: Mornings=200-300 kegals a day, edging throughout the day,5 min hotwrap, 15 uli’s (30second hold), 200 jelqs, 10 manual stretches at different low angles (30second hold), 5 min hotwrap.
Evenings=15 uil’s (30second hold),200 jelqs, 15 V-stretches (10 second hold) while in bath tub, 5min hotwrap

I sometimes replace the Uli’s with Horse440s. I use a heating pad for hotwrap. My LOT is around 8. I dont PE on Wednesday, Saturday, or Sunday. Please give me anyway to improve my routine. thanks

If you’ve been at it for over 2 months, you could probably hold your stretches for longer…maybe 60-90 seconds. Otherwise looks good to me. Good luck making it “massive,” massive.


One foot down...one to go

I think that the main thing is to increase the manual stretches, between the v stretches and the other stretches I add up only about 8 min a day total. Use a grip aid like baby powder or talcum, you should be able to increase your 30 sec stretces to 1 min easy and the v stretches to 20 or 30 seconds.

Thanks for the replys soflsun and luvdadus. I think Ill take you guys’ advice and do the manual stretches for 1 min a piece and V-stretch for 20secs a piece. Much thanks. later
