I think what firegoat is saying is so true, the time wasted can be ridiculous…on the plus side you gained an inch already!

I’m thinking of doing the same thing. Anyone else start too intense, get no gains at all, then take a year off and start growing like crazy?

Most people start gaining at 15 pounds?

Could you find some indication of that?

I’m currently at 9 pounds maximum for BTC and can’t see getting to 15 pounds Amy time soon.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

Sorry, saying “most people” is obviously a very broad stroke but its a number I have seen a lot when reading about hanging. The only trouble is most of the good hanging threads are the old ones and we don’t really hear from successful hangers these days. The only threads I read are people moving up in weight even if they are gaining which isn’t the best idea. I think people are scared that if they stop adding weight the gains will plateau quicker but others would argue to milk as much as possible whilst its working. The approach now seems to be more time less weight but I have seen guys that started hanging at 10lbs and now hang 20lbs who have gained an inch so I’m confused about what actually works to be honest! Am I just strengthening it all by taking this gradual approach?

I know what you mean about 15lbs being heavy but it depends what position you are hanging and how quickly you up the weight. I added another kilo on my last set and it didn’t feel that much heavier. This is clearly not a good thing and is pushing me more towards that break :-/

I remember there was a thread once about the chinese practice of hanging weights from the penis to strengthen it and I thought learning what they do would be really valuable to us as we would want to avoid their techniques. I don’t think anything ever came of it though so might have to do some of my own research and report back.

I have been plateaued for over 5 years. In my first 6 months of PE I gained about 0.5” length and 0.2” girth. Then I took a break for about 6 months under the impression it would preemptively prevent becoming conditioned. Unfortunately, it turned out to be as if the break had the opposite effect: when I came back I couldn’t gain worth a damn. I ended up trying everything from newbie routine to clamping and hanging. Have only gained about 0.1” x 0.05” across the next 5 years.

I feel like I have tried everything except for hanging with >12lbs weight. However, I am uncircumcized and believe there is no practical way for me to try anything else. Vacuum hanger won’t do more than 12 lbs. At wit’s end. Just thought I’d share my sad story so others in this boat know they’re not alone.

In the early years I used a standard electric heating pad. These days I use a far infrared heating pad. How much it is trully FIR I wouldn’t know. It does seem to get things more thoroughly warm at lower risk of skin burning. I believe my dick is generally thoroughly warmed and I do not think there is much room for improvement in the warmup area.

In my opinion the people that gained 1 inch must consider themselves as really really lucky, i would pay 3000 dollars for an inch.

I gained less than an a quarter inch in 8 months.

Se state cominciando il PE non cercate routine avanzate o fantasiose, rischiate solo di farvi male o di non guadagnare.

Usate la Newbie routine :) .
